It's disappointing that I've heard no news on the second season, no scans no nothing. The official site has no new content either.

it's quite risky... I mean, it could be a lot worse than the first season, or get too repetitive. however, I loved the first season and I'm looking forward to this.

What exactly do the kanji "Futakomori" mean? I mean the first kanji is obviously "two" but what's the second one?

When I first heard of this I naturally thought a lot of "why?"

I loved the first season (tho it easily could have been 13 eps) but the story, tho unfinished, did seem "done" after the first season.

I'm anxious to see what this holds.

I agree, it would've been better and less dragged out if it was a 13 episode series. And now we have another season. It doesn't seem popular here but it seems Japan likes it a lot.

I wonder if Ayu will sub this, too?

Hope so. I am looking forward to this a lot. The first anime series was one of my favorites when it aired. Ayu did a good job, so I also hope they return. I remember watching the Jelly speedsubs before replacing with Ayu

really looking foward to the 2nd season i was fairly impressed with series at least enough to make a point to watch every episode. Hopefully we will get to see new and intresting ways people get to sent to hell. Would mind some more back story on the other charcters. Plus the daughter is so Kawii cant wait to see her again. only about 3 days to go

Good to see everyone again. Last season's formula should be okay for a few episodes, but I hope this season focuses on Ai and her helpers instead of what they do.

This is not airing on Kid's Station like the first season was, right? So does that mean they now have more freedom in adding more creepy things and plots?

Well I found the raws on YouTube so now I just have to wait for subs. ^w^ Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori SEEMS like it has a better potential then the first season but im just going to watch and find out.

stevency To kill or be killed?! Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: City of nightmare	Guys, Jigoku Shoujo 2nd season 1st episode raw is out. Go grab it at your usual place. /me Watched it. Spoiler: We have some more details on how Ai became JS. Then we see the dolls on action to find out why the client , namely Maki(?) this time access JS homepage without typing the target's name. Overall, she gots her bully every day, she assume her classmate, her class teacher acted normal to be a good teacher, then the bully gets worst day by day, blah blah blah........ Spoiler: Turns out the teacher is the real reason behind Maki's bully, poor Maki.... Maki then do what she need to receive the same drill from Ai, unlike before, Maki asked Ai why she have to die with her teacher but then she reconsider again. Finally Maki and the teacher do a face off at lab prep room, where she found the real suspect of her bully along with her classmate. The teacher found out the voodoo doll, this time transform by bone lady. OMG, the teacher poured a little bit acid from her bottle to her ass thus to punish her. Maki push to break away with teacher, spilling the whole bottle to the floor in the process, and the teacher's right face got contact with the acid. Maki finally pulled the string with,"Sayonara, sensei." line. /that was coolest in this episode The teacher got her punishment by being a test subject, with three dolls got the wrong chemical formula. Ai say the final line, and the kimono of her gots an upgrade?! Maki returns to normal, but a mysterious girl peeks Ai. For those who expect no more episodic story, you can be disappointed. There will be a new character introduced in the story. Other than that, it's the same Jigoku Shoujo.
