This one looks lovely! But far too expensive for it's size.

I'd rather have a bigger Shinku, so she can have tea with Masterpiece Optimus Prime(who incidentally costs about the same as these "masterpiece" Pullip dolls :P).

My dream would be to have a perfect Hina Ichigo though She's so adorable... she could climb up on my head ^_^

Kind of sad it's not even that acceptable for even girls to be girly anymore, unless it's a tacky kind of girly(tanned skin nuclear pink tops badly dyed hair annoying hair clips) then that's okay

Suigintou koyoi mo ennu~i: Ouverture special! Up on alice-game. This is a full-length CD, not 10 minutes like the radio show.

I saw that! I'll need a good scan of the other cover (not sure which I'm getting...), as I want them both but have no desire to have two copies of the game.

Does the Pullip doll come with the Kun Kun plush? It's so worth it if it does...

Have they ever made Plushes? I think they'd be really cool.

Wait, isn't the game only playable on Japanese ps2s or something like that?

You could be naughty and order a USB DONGLE that allows to do naughty things like play games from other countries that Sony says you're not meant to.

That sounds...too naughty. But if it's cheap...then I might not mind being naughty.

Which do you think the best of the dolls(actual physical ones not the chacaters) is? Shinku seems the most detailed but Suiseiseki seems the most accurate... Suigintou looks a bit of a mess, it's a shame.

Is there anywhere I can buy other Dolls apart from the Pullip ones?

I like them all more or less....but as for bang on resemblance, only Shinku really pulls it off. Suigintou needs a little bit of work (the face needs some re-painting, and the included wings are horrendous...neither of which is too hefty a task)...but she's not so bad. Hina is just wrong, on so many levels. And I have yet to see the rest in person, so I'll reserve judgement.

I know there are various dolls out there...but none seem on par with these. This line, at the moment, is the best of the best. Perhaps something else will come along...but until then, this is it.

The proportions are to Chibi, though. For that reason I actually think Hina Ichigo kind of "works", but they totally cheaped out on her clothing, it's very undetailed.

This is perfect - http://www.superdollfie.net/sd/gentei/sd/shinku.html

But apparently it costs 800 dollars???

I wish they made plush dolls... are the Pullip dolls cuddlable with? Like I won't need a ton of superglue in the morning if I go to sleep with one...

See...I look at that, and it looks nothing like Shinku. I mean, to each thier own, but it looks more like an interpretation of the concept than a representation of the character.

But if you want a doll that you can sleep with (that just sounds wrong, no matter how I type it...heheh) you might want to spring for the Volks doll.

Oh man that's awesome! That is creepy, almost like she's alive... wow! Probably the best representation of Shinku just for that.

But the proportions on the Pullip are wrong, everything is Chibified. Her expression is also far too happy, her eyes aren't stern enough. Even when Shinku's happy her eyes are like that, they're kind of mopey and "I'm about to cry with joy" sort of looking. It's not a BAD resemblance, and neither are that accurate, but I have no idea how you can find it to be so much more accurate than the "creepy doll"(though the head is SLIGHTLY out of proportion, that's probably just because it's trying to be reaslistic and not follow the anime exactly).

You have to keep in mind the Dollfie is "de-anime-fied" whereas the Pullip is "uber-anime-fied".

Umm.. so exactly how did you modify the wings to improve them? Can I see pics? I have one and the wings aren't to my liking as well .
