Probably because she's not in the anim for more than 3 seconds. Wait until around Chrimbo or whenever the new Rozen Maiden series comes out and you'll see a ton of Merchandise.

Well Rozen MUGEN Träumend is downloadable here

And ALiBAT is little bit complicated.... You need to have installed files for east-asian languages first
