Actually I think Fate was congratulating Erio on his entry into the Ground Forces since he is wearing the uniform and Fate in her Enforcer/Navy uniform.

Aye, I know. What I meant was that since Arf here already doesn't take Erio's closeness with Fate very well, she'll be less than happy about what happened when the rocks came tumbling down
