Hm... The artist made no mention of Suzuka appearing, but taking all things into consideration, she SHOULD appear.
And my first impression was that Arisa is a dog rather than a cat? XD After all, she is a dog-lover in the anime (though I doubt the artist cares about what happens in the anime world).

Haven't seen .hack yet, but in comparison with Aura's picture at wiki Aura does not seems to have that intensively red eyes like that person behind Signum.
