I heard there are some music video like-looking eps through the series... They shouldn't be bad than! I listened to the vocal collection and must say I really enjoyed it!
BTW, what about the author and her (think she's a woman...) mangas? Did she do other series?

I haven't seen any other mangas by Hanamori Pink (who does the manga) or by Yokote Michiko (who is credited for "scenario"--whether this means Hanamori does the art and Yokote does the story or Yokote just came up with the initial idea and Hanamori does everything else I don't know). But I haven't checked around excessively. They don't seem to have any other Nakayoshi titles at least.

I wasn't really into this one. The only singing anime I ever really liked was Full Moon wo Sagashite. Way too many twists and many different things that happened in that show that made me love it.

I like all their singing voices, but I like Lina's and Lucia's for different reasons.

LOL no wonder I like Lina its the same Seiyuu as Gascogne from VanDread and Claus Valca from last Exile.

And Hannon's Seiyuu is alsothe voice of Angelica of Gunslinger Girl

I think Hanon has the best voice Lina's is a little too deep for me. I was like no there r more than 26 LOL the germans r ahead LOL there is a purple mermaid, orange yellow and so on. I found a good german site that has some spoilers 0_o LOL in pictures that is. On another note why is Lunar slow on this anime? I'm not mad just wondering.

Sorry... going from memory here, but here's some mermaid spoilers for those who want to know. First three will be obvious, but still in spoiler tag.

Yeah, I'm a Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch watcher. Is it my favorite anime in the world? No, but I'm still addicted anyway. I'm not sure why. I guess I think the romance between Luchia and that surfer guy is cute and I like the opening and ending songs. Some parts can get really cheesey, but I still like it anyway. I just came back so I was sic-ed to see three new episodes finally came out! I was starting to think it would be at least another five months hehe...

Well, she refuses to stab her prince and prince's lover in bed, and instead dives into the ocean and turns into sea foam (i.e. she still dies).

I like this one I think its cute! Tho, I haven't seen much of it.

I first saw it on tv in Tokyo while I was visiting. Couldn't understand it tho lol (but i'm trying to learn japanese). And the nest day at Toys R Us, I saw a little karaoke toy microphone that you could plug into the tv and sing along with the songs I almost bought it, but didn't.

Yeah but she still stabs herself in the official Hans Christian Anderson story and then dives into the ocean turning into sea foam. Anywho I try to my best to find out what disney messed up, it quite funny.

She bent down and kissed his fair brow, then looked at the sky on which the rosy dawn grew brighter and brighter; then she glanced at the sharp knife, and again fixed her eyes on the prince, who whispered the name of his bride in his dreams. She was in his thoughts, and the knife trembled in the hand of the little mermaid: then she flung it far away from her into the waves; the water turned red where it fell, and the drops that spurted up looked like blood. She cast one more lingering, half-fainting glance at the prince, and then threw herself from the ship into the sea, and thought her body was dissolving into foam.
