First, Nunnally's paralysis is real, or she'd be walking as well as seeing now. Second, blindness is again magic powers. V.V., magic immortal boy, was responsible for killing Marianne, and the Ashford family's fate is not his doing directly, but rather a side effect. No one would believe him, so there's no point.
