Well, except from Taniguchi (as long as I didn't miss something), but I don't think that makes much of a difference... except if Sunrise decides to have some fun. xD

I'm sick and tired of the "But they can bring him back in season 3!" card being played whenever the argument of Lelouch's death starts over.

Yes, they can bring him back should they choose to.

But they haven't.

They haven't, and until they do, Lelouch is dead, get over it.

When a character is dead, he's dead unless the creators confirm that was a fake Lulu or that Lulu survived the gut crushing stab. Dont worry people, Im pretty sure there will be other anime heroes in the future who will survive til the end.

i know ( well i heard) one of them was from a magazine that listed the deaths in the code geass.

Can i ask what are the other 4 ?

If bandai wants him 5 times the dead, then all i can say is

" whats your probem bandai. Isnt one time death enough for him ? ".

Well i think he is dead ( 99 percent sure ), but for the people who watch Gundam seed and Gundam seed destiny, they should know what i am talking about.

So in the same way, Bandai could always bring him back. Yeah they said he died, then in 2 years if they want to bring him back, they will say he didnt.

And after that some people will be super happy and others upset. But those upset people will still watch it. So in the end, If they want ( I.E. Feel they can make more money from it) they will bring him back alive.

Do i make sense?

P.S. If you ( directed at general ) want to rebut my Bold statement, well go for it. But it is a fact.

P.S.S. I know , iam not funny . But really, can you give me the other 4 source?

It's called retconning, its done a lot to popular franchises, is it bad? eh depends on how the story evolves but most of the time it splits the fanbase into two camps. One side strongly believeing the pre retcon as the sole canon source and then those who embrace the new retconned material, theres also a small sliver who just don't care. I hope they don't but your right, even if people are frustrated with the retcon, they'll still most likely watch it. GS, GSD are just typical fail, again they butchered Mu Laflaga awesome death with his less than stellar performance in GSD, oh well.

What side materials are there that mentioned about Marianne being a former Knight of Rounds that helped Charles ascend to the throne? I wonder why she even had Lelouch and Nunnally if she didn't care about whether they lived or died.

As where to post that would be general section. In the " Silly question" thread. It is stickied .

As for Senior question, well your forum rank doesnt fade away. You must have attained senior member before you left for a long time.

That depends on what you mean by "come on dvd in europe". You won't be able to purchase the series as a European R2 edition at your local retailer, but Bandai's R1 edition is available. All you have to do is order it from your favorite online store.

The only way to view it in R2 is to buy the Japanese edition. Pros? Superior quality in every aspect. Cons? No subtitles.

If there is a season 3, expect a re-imagined version of Code Geass R2 the way that the Director had planned right from where Stage 25 had left off.
