No, not for her, she was never famous for her boobs. She was even thought to be a loli at first. She's famous for looking pretty in ribbons and skirt.

Her pilot suit was then released and the 'over absolute-territory' got her more fans.

She's my favourite Rounds as well, we expected much more from her, speculations even go as far as her joining Lelouch.

Of course, by boobs I mean "Female"... Because she had a nice character design people went nuts over her, even if she had no development whatsoever.
Personally I'm sadder Bismarck died, that was one truly badass Knight.
