In need of another anime..
Right so, I'm bored with depressing anime's already. I've watched tons and tons of diffrent genre's, and looked at a few new ones.. But I really can't decide. Please suggest an anime that you may think I will like. (Examples of what I enjoy below.)
DearS (Fantasy thrown into an Ecchi Romance.) Chobits (Same as DearS.) Azumanga (Silly and even more silly.) Elfen Lied (Brutally twisted and bloody while still having Fantasy and Romance.) Keep in mind, Ecchi and fantasy being the strong points.  Also, yes, I'm aware there are alot of these topics, but this is the only way I can get effective reply's.

You could try watching Girls Bravo season 1 and 2. It has tons of ecchi and fantasy on it....plus it's comedy. Others I could recommend are Shuffle!, Hanaukyo Maid Team: La Verite, Da Capo season 1 and 2 (it's not ecchi but it has fantasy in it)

Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan is very... different. It's comedy/ecchi. The male protagonist constantly gets beaten to death by an angel.

Mai-Hime and Mai-Otome are not ecchi by a long shot. You can watch them for the fantasy elements along with some action and magic. And do watch Mai-Hime first if you decide to do so.
I second Girls Bravo and Shuffle(which isnt that ecchi either btw). Amaenaide yo!! - quite similar to Girls bravo. Tons of ecchi and comedy. Maburaho - fantasy/romance + magic and some ecchi along the way. Mostly lighthearted. Zero no Tsukaima - a boy from japan gets summoned in to magic world as some girls familiar and the fun begins. Nice comedy/ecchi +magic and fantasy. Nice and light series.

Great series. Fushigi Yugi Couple is boyfriend/girlfriend and dating during the series, gets married, the manga is a lot longer and better than the anime. Lots of kissing, fantasy. Great series, some sex. The couple becomes boyfriend/girlfriend early on in the series, great romance and fantasy, manga is a lot longer than anime, 18 manga volumes. Absolute Boyfriend Lots of kissing, some sex stuff. The Devil Does Exist Excellent romance manga. Mars Amazing romance manga. Wild Act Great romance manga. High School Debut Excellent romance. Marmalade Boy 76 episodes, the couple are dating and boyfriend/girlfriend during the series. Bokura ga Ita Great series. Kare Kano His and Her Circumstances Great series. Kare First Love Good series.
