I was wondering if I could get one of hawkeye mihawk, all i want is it to be 100x100 or a little smaller and it to be less the 64Kb so i can use it on othr forums, as well as this one

1.) Select first frame
2.) Ctrl+A (Select All)
3.) Layer -> New -> Layer
4.) Edit -> Stroke
5.) 3 Black
6.) Edit -> Stroke
7.) 2 White
8.) Edit -> Stroke
9.) 1 black
