They could be both fake but she was not sure. If her real body died long time ago, then she could just pin-point that her real body doesn't exist anymore.

2. It seems that Ryougi Shiki has more problem dealing with death of an object than Tohno Shiki.

4. All personalities of Ryougi Shiki are true. They are just separate personality.

Technically, Shirou looks a lot like Enjou, as Enjou came first.

I've been wondering about Canaan... what exactly is Canaan's gender? I still can't tell if Canaan is a guy, or a girl with a fairly flat chest. The fact that the voice actor for Canaan, Miyuki Sawashiro, is known for both her female (Aruruu from Utawarerumono, Tsugumi from Kannagi) and male (Kotarou from Pita Ten, Shinkurou from Kurenai) roles doesn't help things very much either. Also, Canaan makes me think more of Arcueid than Saber for whatever reason.

Not sure how correct this is, but my interpretation was that, while it takes longer/is harder for Ryougi Shiki to understand the death of an object than it does/is for Tohno Shiki, her mind doesn't have as hard a time acclimating to the understanding as T. Shiki's does, so in the end she's better off as she isn't as likely to have an aneurysm or whatever would happen to T. Shiki if he overused his power (plot armor aside).

Canaan is a girl. She's actually wearing a halter top. The bonus scenario from the game 428 features Canaan's story. You can go to the 428 anime thread and read the stuff on it.

Moonlit World encyclopedia gives a different perspective on Shiki 3. It's close to Shinndou's answer. It'll prob come be explained in the last film.

Moonlit World encyclopedia also shares a dfferent view on Touko. Again, it's close to Shinndou's answer. Read it at your own risk as Shiki is listed first.

Edit: ep. 5 marks the second appearance of Shiki 3.

Noticed that I put the " " when saying true?
Read my previous posts, we're saying the same thing.

The point is that they're no fake. The replicas she creates are perfect and without any flaws making them just as real as the first original body. That is why nor she nor anyone else is able to tell which one is "fake", because, simply put none of them is fake as they're all perfect. Which is also why it doesn't matter to her which is the "real" body or what happened to the original body in first place.

I am not fully sure about that. I'd say that the most obvious reason, considering what Touko said, is that you can't succesfully trap Shiki unless you phisycally immobilize her (that's why she said concrete would have worked better, and why a spell-prison would only work with a normal person or with a person who doesn't posses her ability). But if she's free to move, even if she's trapped in spell-manipulated space, she can still break free from it since she'll just kill the prison itself through the lines.

If I am not wrong an other major difference is that Tohno sees a different kind of lines than Ryougi, since Tohno can only kill objects and living entities while Ryougi can kill anything making her ability deeper.

Two questions

1. The DVD's of Kara no Kyoukai don't have English sub, or do they?

2. Will they press more limited DVD's of Kara no Kyoukai? (But aren't they called limited for a reason )

The Shiki3 is the personality of the corporeal body which is linked with the origin, it is a aggregation of cunconsciousness.
and I am wondering whether we will get the explanation from the last film since they never added dialogs (or explanation?)to the film other than the ones in the novel=_=
