Yes, that is Will Ferrell in the corner pic.

My girlfriend took the picture while walking through midtown, when I suddenly realized the street was full of 1970's cars, with the Taxis having discount price of $.35/mile and 0.05 every 1/4 miles in NYC

I was like what the heck, and then I saw the Anchorman himself standing at the end of the street.

They asked us to move to various side of streets so people (like my GF) wouldn't be caught in the film holding up a smartphone/IPADS/Android Pads etc in a 1970's film. No Flash Photography of course.

Somewhere in the studio an exec must cry because one of the shoot angle would certainly capture the local Best Buy with a HUGE IPHONE 5 commercial, not to mention the cost for the police to shut down midtown road (Will Smith certainly earned the rage of a ton of NYers when he came in town to film I am legend)

I saw the trailer for this .. and was decidedly unimpressed. I am very concerned.
