Yeah, according to VIZ's website, it's up to volume 11. That's a good part of the story.....

Well I heard france is the 2nd country where people read the most manga behind japan so it's not that surprising.

Are you reffering to the Chakra Webs? If it is, is because Neeji needed to cut the Chakra strings in an specific part of it, with an specific amount of Chakra, Kaiten is just a huge amount of Chakra been liberated and thus it does not have the specific precision Neeji used to Cut the strings.

Then why didn't he just release chakra from his body like when he was stuck on the tree?
It is the same as cutting with fingers, to release chakra from the opening points.

Is not the same because as I said Kaiten is does not have specific precision Neeji used to Cut the strings. in the case when his entire body was entraped, he did it in a precise manner.

Well, Maybe I don't have the words to satisfy your Question...Maybe Hunter could help ^^

Okay, so assuming this is correct, why didn't he use this technique again?
It should have been able to get rid of those sticky web things.

I will steal one of Hunters say in this one-Why Sasuke did not make A Chodry in NAutos Head instead of His Lungs if he wanted to kill him? I guess plot wise Kishi did not wanted to use it,

Or maybe Neeji could not use this amount of Chakra again to set himself free...Who knows?
