Anyone know how to convert mkv with softsubs into a video format the Sony PSP can use? The result can be hard or soft subtitles, along as there are subtitles.

I know there is stuff like Avisyth and the Doom9 forums, but my grades are already in the toilet, I can't afford to spend >3+ day messing around to get decent results. But I can follow simple instructions. Clicking menu items in VirtualDub I can handle.

So anyone can provide a set of instructions?
