kay im using bit tornado
my firewall is off
my download speed is fine 50-300 kbs

My upload speed sucks

avgs 10-15kbs on most trackers
I leave torrents on to seed but they usually lose all the peers!

is there anything i can do to increase my upload speed?!

Contact your ISP and ask them what your upload speed is. You probably have it limited to 128k. And no, there's nothing you can do about it (unless you consider getting another ISP... but then again, ISPs with high upload speeds are quite rare...).

For example, I have a download speed of 1mb and an upload speed of 128k.

ya i went to one of those sites to test ur speed nd i get around 98kbs for my upload.
