I just pop in to mention something: How did the term Bridge Bunny come about?

Go back about 25 years, to a show with transforming fighters and Skull Squadron and BIG DAMN HEROES and Missile Bukakke (which in America is Macross Missile Massacare, but anyway like all bukakke it's better to give than receive).

"Bridge Bunnies" was Hikaru Ichijyo/Rick Hunter's nickname for the Macross bridge crew, the 3 of them under Misa Hayase/Lisa Hayes.

...incidentally, in the original series, they all survived. Macek killed them off for no good reason that I can see.

And if you pick up Manga Entertainment's subs and see some Star Trek quotes/references is dialogue, it must be noted that Kawamori was a Star Trek fan. Macek wasn't.

Correct, it's based off the Norns from the Norse mythology.

Anyway, the Device Forms actually correlate to what the Moirae (Greek version of the three Sisters of Fate) do, as opposed to the original Norns (which, I could not find any reference to their tasks except to water the roots of the World Tree Yggdrasil).

Verdandi is Clotho who spins the thread of life (silvryn, anyone? ).

Skuld is Lachesis who measures the thread of life with her rod (and that's Leona's weapon as well).

And finally Urdr is Atropos who cuts the thread of life (and Leona's glaive).

Well, Ah Megami Sama pulls a lot of refferences from Norse mythology, so it's not exactly going to be uncommon if you start seeing mention of things like Midguard Serpent, or Fenrir, or Ygdrassil, or anything else like that. But if 'Urd' has the urge to pop out of the TV and/or start drinking sake in copious amounts, we'll know an infestation has occured.

Conclusion of Scene III. Decided to cut it short because I'm already nearing 90 kilobytes in Notepad (that's about 15000 words). And I haven't written Scene IV yet.

"What-" Omega began, but before he could finish, the sound of engines drowned out his train of thought. From the sky, they plummeted; multiple mages, Glider Fins extended, followed closely behind by the roaring sound of Pelicans. Six mages hit the ground as the Pelicans flared, nosing up and slowing down. Some of them broke away to the nearby TSA facility, but the majority headed striaght for Omega, firing missiles as they neared ground level. Omega raised a barrier to protect himself from the missiles, but these only proved to be a distraction as the Pelicans touched the ground.

Standing in front of them, a man clad in a duster and western clothes, reloading his guns. Erick twirled his revolvers, his eyes fixed on Omega. "Well," he said. "Looks like we just arrived in th' nick of time! Now Franz, wha' does that make us?"

"Sir!" Franz answered from behind Erick. "Big damn heroes, sir!"
"Ain't we just?" Erick smirked.

Behind them, the sounds of gunfire could be heard as the Pelicans opened fire with their chainguns, holding the tide back and allowing it to disperse. Medics rushed from the dropships, mixed in with several soldiers dressed in black armor; two divisions of the Order Assault Company. Alpha Platoon - the ones who didn't jump out of the Pelican earlier - joined up with Erick and Franz, along with the rest of their unit, taking positions and aiming at Omega behind his barrier. Delta Platoon spread out, through Freidrich's fire, and took up defensive positions as the Spawn reorganized themselves beyond the forest.

"You again?" Omega snickered. "Where's your pet?" Turning around, he raised his hands helplessly. "I don't see him, and you can't get through my barrier without him! In this state, I am invincible, and you will fall to my minions!"

Tentacles slithered up and surrounded Alpha and Charlie Platoons, while the Pelican that the medics pulled Caro and Lutecia on was entangled with them and pulled to the ground while the others managed to escape. Erick looked around at them calmly as the men pulled out their shotguns and racked the pump, aiming at the tentacles. Erio was picked up by a Delta Platoon soldier and walked back to the bound Pelican, while Friedrich, drained up energy, assumed his passive form and went with Garyuu to the Pelican as well.

"Do ya think we're that stupid?" Erick said with his trademark smirk. Spreading his arms, he pointed his revolvers at two tentacles. "We know how weak ye' are to guns. And we got plenty o' ammo to hold ya off till Glen gets damn well ready to take ya on."

As the stalemate began, the two Pelicans that broke away to the TSA facility hovered above its roof, dropping Bravo Platoon onto the building. The Master Chief landed with a resounding thud, cracking the roof underneath his heavy armor. Hefting his shotgun, he looked behind him at the rest of his unit. Walking up to the door, he pointed calmly at it as two other members placed breaching charges and detonated them. The first thing to pop out was a human combat form, which Chief easily dispatched with a single shotgun shell, blasting it in half. "Commence the operation," he said calmly, racking the pump.

Meanwhile, Delta Platoon opened fire on the returning droves of Spawn. Erick continued to watch Omega as Alpha spread out, keeping their guns trained simultaneously on the man in the barrier and the tentacles that threatened to harm them.

A sound in the distance made Erick smile. "Ah, there he is now."

Omega looked up and reinforced his topside barrier just as a cacophony of sound blasted his eardrums. Multicolored blasts of energy slammed into the barrier, followed by a thick beam of power, as the Air Wing landed and trained their weapons on the barrier, the three flights of armor-clad fliers completing the circle. Seconds later, a large jet roared across the horizon, letting loose a red bolt of energy that screamed down toward the barrier.

"Open fire!" Erick shouted. As one, the Order opened fire on the barrier, weakening its defense and forcing Omega to pump more energy into it to keep it stable. The man grimaced as he stared at the red blip in the sky as it slowly became larger. Focusing more energy topside again, he prepared for the shock.

Like a comet to land, a great explosion filled the sky at the points where the red light and barrier met, creating a massive shockwave and causing wind to blast from it. The barrier resonated with the red light, causing both to collapse in a flash of energy.

From the red light, an armor-clad mage skidded on the ground and came to a rest in front of Erick, holding a sword up one-handed, the tip pointed at Omega, with the other coalescing mana into a ball of energy. "...miss me?" Glen muttered to Omega, his normally black hair streaked with red.

"So the pet arrives," Omega said as a magic seal formed under the two, with the surrounding mages acting as focal points. "Well, let's get this over with." Twirling the sword in one hand, Omega assumed a mirror of Glen's stance, minus the energy ball.

"With this seal!" Erick shouted as he and the mages empowered the circle with their mana. "We lock these two brothers in battle! Begin the transfer!"

Omega frowned as he felt part of his vessel's Linker Core forcefully ripped out and thrust into Glen's body, causing discomfort in the former and dire pain in the latter as Glen closed one eye, feeling like his heart was about to explode.

"Transfer complete!" The mages shouted as one! "Lock the barrier!"

A large black sphere enveloped the two warriors as they began to near each other.

"So," Omega said to Glen as he twirled his sword. "Once again we find ourselves in this position - enveloped in a strong barrier, and more of my strength sapped away to you... how do you feel, though, killing this innocent being?"

"None of us are innocent," Glen answered. "And until you are erased from existence, and can't do this to anyone else, I won't stop killing you!"

"Well then, if you feel so strongly about it..." Omega grinned darkly. "Then let's go... Glen Schattenman, vessel of my soul!"

Glen hurled his energy blast at Omega. The white-haired mage deflected the blast with his sword and charged Glen, who had taken to the air. In a flash, both were gone, two motes of light in the sphere, connecting and reconnecting in bright flashes of light. On the fifth connection, both knights locked swords, pushing against each other while simultaneously flaring up the temperature of the area around them, causing their blades to glow with heat. Glen pushed harder, surrendering himself to the fight more and more, losing his stoic persona.

I need your help. Glen said.
More than willing to provide. The voice in his head agreed. System Id...

"Unlock!" Glen shouted, breaking the lock and leaping back to the edge of the barrier. Glen lifted his sword and charged, leaving flames in his wake. As he charged, his hair grew long and turned blood-red as his eyes turned yellow and skin paled, becoming a being resembling the form Omega had taken earlier. Omega lifted his own blade in defense with one hand, and when their blades connected, a burst of energy escaped from them, cracking the sides of the barrier briefly before it closed.

"Not wasting time, are we?" Omega mocked as he unleashed a flurry of swipes at Glen. "This time, you call your other half when just beginning! Are you getting scared? Or are you WEAK?!" Omega turned a parried attack into a feint, lifting both feet off the ground and kicking Glen in the side of the head with enough force to snap a normal person's neck. Glen went flying into the side of the barrier.

"Bastard." Glen and his other personality, Id, growled. "We will destroy you!" Glen/Id raised a hand into the air. "Meteor Storm!" they shouted, creating multiple orbs of fire energy that hurled themselves at Omega. The white-headed knight dodged several of the fire orbs but took two to the chest, sending him reeling back and rolling across the ground.

Omega stood up wearily and charged his mana, creating an infinite number or white orbs and sending them all at once at Glen/Id. The knight took flight, dodging the orbs and nearing Omega as the missed attacks broke holes into the barrier before it finally collapsed, sending shards of magical energy everywhere. Hundreds of orbs converged, hitting Glen/Id from all angles and enveloping him in white light.

In response, Glen/Id hurled their blade at Omega, the sword shrieking through the air. The two warriors' weapons contacted, breaking Omega's to pieces and causing him to drop the hilt.

"Quick! Do it!" Erick shouted. The OFM mages that weren't fighting lifted a hand at Omega, causing multiple sets of binds to grab him and lift him into the air. Glen/Id took their remaining mana and began to charge it for one final attack.

As the binds completed, multiple Infection forms broke through the defense line and charged. The OFM responded to the attack easily. Emili and her Lance Flight took to the air, engaging the enemy with blistering speed as Alpha slowly backed up, waiting for the enemy to get close before firing. The fight quickly turned into a bloodbath as half of Delta was torn to pieces with the rest retreating back to the Pelican as the ship broke free of the tentacles holding it down, taking off into the air as Hydralisks fired at it and punctured parts of its armor. Glen's Sword Flight fired on the giant Spawn, engaging them from multiple angles and confusing the creatures as they slowly wore at its defenses.

Erick picked his shots carefully, never missing a beat as he slowly walked forward, taking shot after shot and killing creatures with only one bullet. It was as if the man had channeled so much pure power into each bullet that it was killing the creatures on contact when similar ones of that caliber would require several. Next to him, Franz fired his assault rifle in bursts, slowly taking down the enemy before they could even reach him.

In the sky, a mage clad in yellow Ghost Armor charged into the fray, slamming a clip into her M4 and opening fire at point-blank range, shredding Infection and Combat Forms alike. Next to her, Emili in her red Ghost Armor landed, stabbing her spear into the ground. "Out of ammo, Naomi, cover me. Gonna use my IS." she said.

"Yes, Lance Red!" Naomi agreed. Emili lifted her right hand and focused her thoughts on a specific action only she could do. Emili's right hand retracted back into her arm, vents opened along the sides, and a myriad of other actions occured, turning the arm into a cannon. Spinning around and pointing it at a Hydralisk, she charged the cannon's power. A blue spinning twin circle appeared under her.

"Inherent Skill!" she shouted. "Black Hole Cannon!" The air around the cannon warped briefly before firing a red blast of energy that enveloped the Hydralisk, completely obliterating it from existence. Turning around as the spell fired, she recharged her cannon-arm and jerked her spear from the ground, leaping back into the air with Naomi close behind.

In the sky above Alpha, Glen/Id stared at Omega for one long moment as the mage struggled against his binds.

"Short fight." They observed.
"[b]I was weakened before you came." Omega stated. "I'll just find another vessel."
"You do that. And we'll be there, waiting on you." Glen/Id said as they punched their fists together. "Either way, you're not going anywhere in that body! Certain Kill! My final revenge! CONDEMN BLAZE!" Glen/Id charged at Omega with the fires of hell itself enveloping them and leaving contrails behind. As they slammed into Omega, the white-haired knight screamed in pain for but a moment before the fire disintegrated him, leaving only ashes. Glen/Id continued flying forward before crashing into the ground just short of the cliff, unconscious and their power drained from their final attack. Glen's hair reverted to black and shortened as his eyes returned to their gray color.

"..." Erick watched the happenings as he casually shot at Spawn. As Glen crashed into the ground, he nodded. "Alrigh', this fight's almost over!" He shouted. "Everyone, finish the job! We're goin' back to the ship!"

Judging by what we've seen so far, nanoha does indeed work with the 'bubbles in water' formula.



This does mean that you can't just 'sidestep' dimensions, and explains why there is travel time between different dimensions.

I never liked Nero, they screwed up his abillity to dodge, his shooting is sluggish, his charge attack sucks... the only good thing about him was his h4xxed hand. And bashing B all the time grew boring.

No, give me Dante anyday. Despite the fact that they nerfed his triple-dash in trikster, removed his wall walk, and completely butchered his aerials he was so much easier to play with then Nero.

Nero... seriously, making him part Vergil was... blah, I felt cheated. Why did they give us wimpy Nero? Why not give us the real Vergil?

Shuurai (Lightning Strike) - Shuurai is equal in terms of power to Signum's Shiden'Issen, with the only difference being their ellement. Shuurai can also be used to release the energy charged by Gewitterwolke into a cresent arc of energy.

Unison Spells:

Inazuma Shourai (Lightning Call) - Inazuma Shourai calls down a storm of lightning. The attack always strikes from above, but beyond that can be summoned both close and far. It is a wide area attack, capable of dealing damage across a 50 meter area.

Raijin'Shiden (God of Purple Lightning) - The ultimate combination attack in Tesla's arsenal, as the name suggests, it apears as purple lightning charging and arcing its way around Tesla's body. It temporarely boosts both physical strength and speed, allowing Tesla to defeat oponents she otherwise could not match in melee. The attack can also be released as a Long-range siege type attack.

"What-" Omega began, but before he could finish, the sound of engines drowned out his train of thought. From the sky, they plummeted; multiple mages, Glider Fins extended, followed closely behind by the roaring sound of Pelicans. Six mages hit the ground as the Pelicans flared, nosing up and slowing down. Some of them broke away to the nearby TSA facility, but the majority headed striaght for Omega, firing missiles as they neared ground level. Omega raised a barrier to protect himself from the missiles, but these only proved to be a distraction as the Pelicans touched the ground.

Standing in front of them, a man clad in a duster and western clothes, reloading his guns. Erick twirled his revolvers, his eyes fixed on Omega. "Well," he said. "Looks like we just arrived in th' nick of time! Now Franz, wha' does that make us?"

"Sir!" Franz answered from behind Erick. "Big damn heroes, sir!"
"Ain't we just?" Erick smirked.

Behind them, the sounds of gunfire could be heard as the Pelicans opened fire with their chainguns, holding the tide back and allowing it to disperse. Medics rushed from the dropships, mixed in with several soldiers dressed in black armor; two divisions of the Order Assault Company. Alpha Platoon - the ones who didn't jump out of the Pelican earlier - joined up with Erick and Franz, along with the rest of their unit, taking positions and aiming at Omega behind his barrier. Delta Platoon spread out, through Freidrich's fire, and took up defensive positions as the Spawn reorganized themselves beyond the forest.

"You again?" Omega snickered. "Where's your pet?" Turning around, he raised his hands helplessly. "I don't see him, and you can't get through my barrier without him! In this state, I am invincible, and you will fall to my minions!"

Tentacles slithered up and surrounded Alpha and Charlie Platoons, while the Pelican that the medics pulled Caro and Lutecia on was entangled with them and pulled to the ground while the others managed to escape. Erick looked around at them calmly as the men pulled out their shotguns and racked the pump, aiming at the tentacles. Erio was picked up by a Delta Platoon soldier and walked back to the bound Pelican, while Friedrich, drained up energy, assumed his passive form and went with Garyuu to the Pelican as well.

"Do ya think we're that stupid?" Erick said with his trademark smirk. Spreading his arms, he pointed his revolvers at two tentacles. "We know how weak ye' are to guns. And we got plenty o' ammo to hold ya off till Glen gets damn well ready to take ya on."

As the stalemate began, the two Pelicans that broke away to the TSA facility hovered above its roof, dropping Bravo Platoon onto the building. The Master Chief landed with a resounding thud, cracking the roof underneath his heavy armor. Hefting his shotgun, he looked behind him at the rest of his unit. Walking up to the door, he pointed calmly at it as two other members placed breaching charges and detonated them. The first thing to pop out was a human combat form, which Chief easily dispatched with a single shotgun shell, blasting it in half. "Commence the operation," he said calmly, racking the pump.

Meanwhile, Delta Platoon opened fire on the returning droves of Spawn. Erick continued to watch Omega as Alpha spread out, keeping their guns trained simultaneously on the man in the barrier and the tentacles that threatened to harm them.

A sound in the distance made Erick smile. "Ah, there he is now."

Omega looked up and reinforced his topside barrier just as a cacophony of sound blasted his eardrums. Multicolored blasts of energy slammed into the barrier, followed by a thick beam of power, as the Air Wing landed and trained their weapons on the barrier, the three flights of armor-clad fliers completing the circle. Seconds later, a large jet roared across the horizon, letting loose a red bolt of energy that screamed down toward the barrier.

"Open fire!" Erick shouted. As one, the Order opened fire on the barrier, weakening its defense and forcing Omega to pump more energy into it to keep it stable. The man grimaced as he stared at the red blip in the sky as it slowly became larger. Focusing more energy topside again, he prepared for the shock.

Like a comet to land, a great explosion filled the sky at the points where the red light and barrier met, creating a massive shockwave and causing wind to blast from it. The barrier resonated with the red light, causing both to collapse in a flash of energy.

From the red light, an armor-clad mage skidded on the ground and came to a rest in front of Erick, holding a sword up one-handed, the tip pointed at Omega, with the other coalescing mana into a ball of energy. "...miss me?" Glen muttered to Omega, his normally black hair streaked with red.

"So the pet arrives," Omega said as a magic seal formed under the two, with the surrounding mages acting as focal points. "Well, let's get this over with." Twirling the sword in one hand, Omega assumed a mirror of Glen's stance, minus the energy ball.

"With this seal!" Erick shouted as he and the mages empowered the circle with their mana. "We lock these two brothers in battle! Begin the transfer!"

Omega frowned as he felt part of his vessel's Linker Core forcefully ripped out and thrust into Glen's body, causing discomfort in the former and dire pain in the latter as Glen closed one eye, feeling like his heart was about to explode.

"Transfer complete!" The mages shouted as one! "Lock the barrier!"

A large black sphere enveloped the two warriors as they began to near each other.

"So," Omega said to Glen as he twirled his sword. "Once again we find ourselves in this position - enveloped in a strong barrier, and more of my strength sapped away to you... how do you feel, though, killing this innocent being?"

"None of us are innocent," Glen answered. "And until you are erased from existence, and can't do this to anyone else, I won't stop killing you!"

"Well then, if you feel so strongly about it..." Omega grinned darkly. "Then let's go... Glen Schattenman, vessel of my soul!"

Glen hurled his energy blast at Omega. The white-haired mage deflected the blast with his sword and charged Glen, who had taken to the air. In a flash, both were gone, two motes of light in the sphere, connecting and reconnecting in bright flashes of light. On the fifth connection, both knights locked swords, pushing against each other while simultaneously flaring up the temperature of the area around them, causing their blades to glow with heat. Glen pushed harder, surrendering himself to the fight more and more, losing his stoic persona.

I need your help. Glen said.
More than willing to provide. The voice in his head agreed. System Id...

"Unlock!" Glen shouted, breaking the lock and leaping back to the edge of the barrier. Glen lifted his sword and charged, leaving flames in his wake. As he charged, his hair grew long and turned blood-red as his eyes turned yellow and skin paled, becoming a being resembling the form Omega had taken earlier. Omega lifted his own blade in defense with one hand, and when their blades connected, a burst of energy escaped from them, cracking the sides of the barrier briefly before it closed.

"Not wasting time, are we?" Omega mocked as he unleashed a flurry of swipes at Glen. "This time, you call your other half when just beginning! Are you getting scared? Or are you WEAK?!" Omega turned a parried attack into a feint, lifting both feet off the ground and kicking Glen in the side of the head with enough force to snap a normal person's neck. Glen went flying into the side of the barrier.

"Bastard." Glen and his other personality, Id, growled. "We will destroy you!" Glen/Id raised a hand into the air. "Meteor Storm!" they shouted, creating multiple orbs of fire energy that hurled themselves at Omega. The white-headed knight dodged several of the fire orbs but took two to the chest, sending him reeling back and rolling across the ground.

Omega stood up wearily and charged his mana, creating an infinite number or white orbs and sending them all at once at Glen/Id. The knight took flight, dodging the orbs and nearing Omega as the missed attacks broke holes into the barrier before it finally collapsed, sending shards of magical energy everywhere. Hundreds of orbs converged, hitting Glen/Id from all angles and enveloping him in white light.

In response, Glen/Id hurled their blade at Omega, the sword shrieking through the air. The two warriors' weapons contacted, breaking Omega's to pieces and causing him to drop the hilt.

"Quick! Do it!" Erick shouted. The OFM mages that weren't fighting lifted a hand at Omega, causing multiple sets of binds to grab him and lift him into the air. Glen/Id took their remaining mana and began to charge it for one final attack.

As the binds completed, multiple Infection forms broke through the defense line and charged. The OFM responded to the attack easily. Emili and her Lance Flight took to the air, engaging the enemy with blistering speed as Alpha slowly backed up, waiting for the enemy to get close before firing. The fight quickly turned into a bloodbath as half of Delta was torn to pieces with the rest retreating back to the Pelican as the ship broke free of the tentacles holding it down, taking off into the air as Hydralisks fired at it and punctured parts of its armor. Glen's Sword Flight fired on the giant Spawn, engaging them from multiple angles and confusing the creatures as they slowly wore at its defenses.

Erick picked his shots carefully, never missing a beat as he slowly walked forward, taking shot after shot and killing creatures with only one bullet. It was as if the man had channeled so much pure power into each bullet that it was killing the creatures on contact when similar ones of that caliber would require several. Next to him, Franz fired his assault rifle in bursts, slowly taking down the enemy before they could even reach him.

In the sky, a mage clad in yellow Ghost Armor charged into the fray, slamming a clip into her M4 and opening fire at point-blank range, shredding Infection and Combat Forms alike. Next to her, Emili in her red Ghost Armor landed, stabbing her spear into the ground. "Out of ammo, Naomi, cover me. Gonna use my IS." she said.

"Yes, Lance Red!" Naomi agreed. Emili lifted her right hand and focused her thoughts on a specific action only she could do. Emili's right hand retracted back into her arm, vents opened along the sides, and a myriad of other actions occured, turning the arm into a cannon. Spinning around and pointing it at a Hydralisk, she charged the cannon's power. A blue spinning twin circle appeared under her.

"Inherent Skill!" she shouted. "Black Hole Cannon!" The air around the cannon warped briefly before firing a red blast of energy that enveloped the Hydralisk, completely obliterating it from existence. Turning around as the spell fired, she recharged her cannon-arm and jerked her spear from the ground, leaping back into the air with Naomi close behind.

In the sky above Alpha, Glen/Id stared at Omega for one long moment as the mage struggled against his binds.

"Short fight." They observed.
"[b]I was weakened before you came." Omega stated. "I'll just find another vessel."
"You do that. And we'll be there, waiting on you." Glen/Id said as they punched their fists together. "Either way, you're not going anywhere in that body! Certain Kill! My final revenge! CONDEMN BLAZE!" Glen/Id charged at Omega with the fires of hell itself enveloping them and leaving contrails behind. As they slammed into Omega, the white-haired knight screamed in pain for but a moment before the fire disintegrated him, leaving only ashes. Glen/Id continued flying forward before crashing into the ground just short of the cliff, unconscious and their power drained from their final attack. Glen's hair reverted to black and shortened as his eyes returned to their gray color.

"..." Erick watched the happenings as he casually shot at Spawn. As Glen crashed into the ground, he nodded. "Alrigh', this fight's almost over!" He shouted. "Everyone, finish the job! We're goin' back to the ship!"

"What-" Omega began, but before he could finish, the sound of engines drowned out his train of thought. From the sky, they plummeted; multiple mages, Glider Fins extended, followed closely behind by the roaring sound of Pelicans. Six mages hit the ground as the Pelicans flared, nosing up and slowing down. Some of them broke away to the nearby TSA facility, but the majority headed striaght for Omega, firing missiles as they neared ground level. Omega raised a barrier to protect himself from the missiles, but these only proved to be a distraction as the Pelicans touched the ground.

Standing in front of them, a man clad in a duster and western clothes, reloading his guns. Erick twirled his revolvers, his eyes fixed on Omega. "Well," he said. "Looks like we just arrived in th' nick of time! Now Franz, wha' does that make us?"

"Sir!" Franz answered from behind Erick. "Big damn heroes, sir!"
"Ain't we just?" Erick smirked.

Behind them, the sounds of gunfire could be heard as the Pelicans opened fire with their chainguns, holding the tide back and allowing it to disperse. Medics rushed from the dropships, mixed in with several soldiers dressed in black armor; two divisions of the Order Assault Company. Alpha Platoon - the ones who didn't jump out of the Pelican earlier - joined up with Erick and Franz, along with the rest of their unit, taking positions and aiming at Omega behind his barrier. Delta Platoon spread out, through Freidrich's fire, and took up defensive positions as the Spawn reorganized themselves beyond the forest.

"You again?" Omega snickered. "Where's your pet?" Turning around, he raised his hands helplessly. "I don't see him, and you can't get through my barrier without him! In this state, I am invincible, and you will fall to my minions!"

Tentacles slithered up and surrounded Alpha and Charlie Platoons, while the Pelican that the medics pulled Caro and Lutecia on was entangled with them and pulled to the ground while the others managed to escape. Erick looked around at them calmly as the men pulled out their shotguns and racked the pump, aiming at the tentacles. Erio was picked up by a Delta Platoon soldier and walked back to the bound Pelican, while Friedrich, drained up energy, assumed his passive form and went with Garyuu to the Pelican as well.

"Do ya think we're that stupid?" Erick said with his trademark smirk. Spreading his arms, he pointed his revolvers at two tentacles. "We know how weak ye' are to guns. And we got plenty o' ammo to hold ya off till Glen gets damn well ready to take ya on."

As the stalemate began, the two Pelicans that broke away to the TSA facility hovered above its roof, dropping Bravo Platoon onto the building. The Master Chief landed with a resounding thud, cracking the roof underneath his heavy armor. Hefting his shotgun, he looked behind him at the rest of his unit. Walking up to the door, he pointed calmly at it as two other members placed breaching charges and detonated them. The first thing to pop out was a human combat form, which Chief easily dispatched with a single shotgun shell, blasting it in half. "Commence the operation," he said calmly, racking the pump.

Meanwhile, Delta Platoon opened fire on the returning droves of Spawn. Erick continued to watch Omega as Alpha spread out, keeping their guns trained simultaneously on the man in the barrier and the tentacles that threatened to harm them.

A sound in the distance made Erick smile. "Ah, there he is now."

Omega looked up and reinforced his topside barrier just as a cacophony of sound blasted his eardrums. Multicolored blasts of energy slammed into the barrier, followed by a thick beam of power, as the Air Wing landed and trained their weapons on the barrier, the three flights of armor-clad fliers completing the circle. Seconds later, a large jet roared across the horizon, letting loose a red bolt of energy that screamed down toward the barrier.

"Open fire!" Erick shouted. As one, the Order opened fire on the barrier, weakening its defense and forcing Omega to pump more energy into it to keep it stable. The man grimaced as he stared at the red blip in the sky as it slowly became larger. Focusing more energy topside again, he prepared for the shock.

Like a comet to land, a great explosion filled the sky at the points where the red light and barrier met, creating a massive shockwave and causing wind to blast from it. The barrier resonated with the red light, causing both to collapse in a flash of energy.

From the red light, an armor-clad mage skidded on the ground and came to a rest in front of Erick, holding a sword up one-handed, the tip pointed at Omega, with the other coalescing mana into a ball of energy. "...miss me?" Glen muttered to Omega, his normally black hair streaked with red.

"So the pet arrives," Omega said as a magic seal formed under the two, with the surrounding mages acting as focal points. "Well, let's get this over with." Twirling the sword in one hand, Omega assumed a mirror of Glen's stance, minus the energy ball.

"With this seal!" Erick shouted as he and the mages empowered the circle with their mana. "We lock these two brothers in battle! Begin the transfer!"

Omega frowned as he felt part of his vessel's Linker Core forcefully ripped out and thrust into Glen's body, causing discomfort in the former and dire pain in the latter as Glen closed one eye, feeling like his heart was about to explode.

"Transfer complete!" The mages shouted as one! "Lock the barrier!"

A large black sphere enveloped the two warriors as they began to near each other.

"So," Omega said to Glen as he twirled his sword. "Once again we find ourselves in this position - enveloped in a strong barrier, and more of my strength sapped away to you... how do you feel, though, killing this innocent being?"

"None of us are innocent," Glen answered. "And until you are erased from existence, and can't do this to anyone else, I won't stop killing you!"

"Well then, if you feel so strongly about it..." Omega grinned darkly. "Then let's go... Glen Schattenman, vessel of my soul!"

Glen hurled his energy blast at Omega. The white-haired mage deflected the blast with his sword and charged Glen, who had taken to the air. In a flash, both were gone, two motes of light in the sphere, connecting and reconnecting in bright flashes of light. On the fifth connection, both knights locked swords, pushing against each other while simultaneously flaring up the temperature of the area around them, causing their blades to glow with heat. Glen pushed harder, surrendering himself to the fight more and more, losing his stoic persona.

I need your help. Glen said.
More than willing to provide. The voice in his head agreed. System Id...

"Unlock!" Glen shouted, breaking the lock and leaping back to the edge of the barrier. Glen lifted his sword and charged, leaving flames in his wake. As he charged, his hair grew long and turned blood-red as his eyes turned yellow and skin paled, becoming a being resembling the form Omega had taken earlier. Omega lifted his own blade in defense with one hand, and when their blades connected, a burst of energy escaped from them, cracking the sides of the barrier briefly before it closed.

"Not wasting time, are we?" Omega mocked as he unleashed a flurry of swipes at Glen. "This time, you call your other half when just beginning! Are you getting scared? Or are you WEAK?!" Omega turned a parried attack into a feint, lifting both feet off the ground and kicking Glen in the side of the head with enough force to snap a normal person's neck. Glen went flying into the side of the barrier.

"Bastard." Glen and his other personality, Id, growled. "We will destroy you!" Glen/Id raised a hand into the air. "Meteor Storm!" they shouted, creating multiple orbs of fire energy that hurled themselves at Omega. The white-headed knight dodged several of the fire orbs but took two to the chest, sending him reeling back and rolling across the ground.

Omega stood up wearily and charged his mana, creating an infinite number or white orbs and sending them all at once at Glen/Id. The knight took flight, dodging the orbs and nearing Omega as the missed attacks broke holes into the barrier before it finally collapsed, sending shards of magical energy everywhere. Hundreds of orbs converged, hitting Glen/Id from all angles and enveloping him in white light.

In response, Glen/Id hurled their blade at Omega, the sword shrieking through the air. The two warriors' weapons contacted, breaking Omega's to pieces and causing him to drop the hilt.

"Quick! Do it!" Erick shouted. The OFM mages that weren't fighting lifted a hand at Omega, causing multiple sets of binds to grab him and lift him into the air. Glen/Id took their remaining mana and began to charge it for one final attack.

As the binds completed, multiple Infection forms broke through the defense line and charged. The OFM responded to the attack easily. Emili and her Lance Flight took to the air, engaging the enemy with blistering speed as Alpha slowly backed up, waiting for the enemy to get close before firing. The fight quickly turned into a bloodbath as half of Delta was torn to pieces with the rest retreating back to the Pelican as the ship broke free of the tentacles holding it down, taking off into the air as Hydralisks fired at it and punctured parts of its armor. Glen's Sword Flight fired on the giant Spawn, engaging them from multiple angles and confusing the creatures as they slowly wore at its defenses.

Erick picked his shots carefully, never missing a beat as he slowly walked forward, taking shot after shot and killing creatures with only one bullet. It was as if the man had channeled so much pure power into each bullet that it was killing the creatures on contact when similar ones of that caliber would require several. Next to him, Franz fired his assault rifle in bursts, slowly taking down the enemy before they could even reach him.

In the sky, a mage clad in yellow Ghost Armor charged into the fray, slamming a clip into her M4 and opening fire at point-blank range, shredding Infection and Combat Forms alike. Next to her, Emili in her red Ghost Armor landed, stabbing her spear into the ground. "Out of ammo, Naomi, cover me. Gonna use my IS." she said.

"Yes, Lance Red!" Naomi agreed. Emili lifted her right hand and focused her thoughts on a specific action only she could do. Emili's right hand retracted back into her arm, vents opened along the sides, and a myriad of other actions occured, turning the arm into a cannon. Spinning around and pointing it at a Hydralisk, she charged the cannon's power. A blue spinning twin circle appeared under her.

"Inherent Skill!" she shouted. "Black Hole Cannon!" The air around the cannon warped briefly before firing a red blast of energy that enveloped the Hydralisk, completely obliterating it from existence. Turning around as the spell fired, she recharged her cannon-arm and jerked her spear from the ground, leaping back into the air with Naomi close behind.

In the sky above Alpha, Glen/Id stared at Omega for one long moment as the mage struggled against his binds.

"Short fight." They observed.
"[b]I was weakened before you came." Omega stated. "I'll just find another vessel."
"You do that. And we'll be there, waiting on you." Glen/Id said as they punched their fists together. "Either way, you're not going anywhere in that body! Certain Kill! My final revenge! CONDEMN BLAZE!" Glen/Id charged at Omega with the fires of hell itself enveloping them and leaving contrails behind. As they slammed into Omega, the white-haired knight screamed in pain for but a moment before the fire disintegrated him, leaving only ashes. Glen/Id continued flying forward before crashing into the ground just short of the cliff, unconscious and their power drained from their final attack. Glen's hair reverted to black and shortened as his eyes returned to their gray color.

"..." Erick watched the happenings as he casually shot at Spawn. As Glen crashed into the ground, he nodded. "Alrigh', this fight's almost over!" He shouted. "Everyone, finish the job! We're goin' back to the ship!"

Lowe and Keroko summed what I would've said. Excellent work!
