^I wouldn't say "if it's good" because that implies a certain level of market presence. It's only an extremely small minority and the ones that come over are practically only light novels with anime adaptations that are somewhat known in the USA.
So basically unless you hear definitive news that there's a series that has been licensed by a company over here, don't hope for it. There is however as pancakes answered an existing "window" so to speak. |

How does one get the grey rep box, of which the description is "_____ is an unknown quantity at this time" and what is actually their rep? 0? A question mark?

It is the prelude to a nosebleed, the sound a character (usually male) produces in a desperate attempt to prevent massive blood loss that would severely impact his physical and mental health.
Good example of a HNNNGGG moment: When Senjougahara nibbles Araragi's ear right after she talks dirty for a full minute or so in an episode of Bakemonogatari. |

Alright, I am scheduled to go for a small operation to remove a part of an inflamed muscle on my right leg, and it requires me to shave my leg.
Should I shave the other one, or just wait until the right one grows back?

Shaving both on Friday before my op. Honestly speaking, I still don't get it why I am supposed to shave the whole leg instead of the part where they make the incision.
Now I can't wear shorts again, and the hot part of the year is coming. Blooming basket case.

There are you usually two main reasons for shaving the hair off an area with wide margins:
1. Hair growth gets in the way of the healing of the suture and the skin graft you're likely going to get. 2. Hair follicle roots are potential sites of local infection, and you won't want that causing an infected suture.
