How about this? I played with the timings to get Sumomo's struggles to play back at a decent clip. If you want I can slow it down or speed it up a bit.

I took a quick peek at that image, and it would take a lot of work to get even close to the AS limit of 50 KB. You'd need to drop about half the frames at least. Even more, the frames are all rather different from each other, so differencing the frames doesn't get you very far. Look at the avatar above, or my own avatar. Most of the background is static with only a small amount of motion in a limited area of the image. Animations like that compress very well because each frame only differs a small amount from the ones before and after it. The Teresa sequence doesn't lend itself to that type of differencing.

I looked at that sequence and don't see any avatar material. I see Natsume walking up to the youkai standing in front of the house. Perhaps you could describe what you're looking for in a bit more detail?

That's weird...the scene I am talking about is when the Youkai it's in the tree and Takeshi it's sitting down, then there's a closeup of her and his hair "flows" in the wind. The second one it's almost the same, the only difference is that his eyes are closed. Also I checked if the time I gave was wrong, but it wasn't, I watched this version if you want to know.

I'm watching the BSS subs. When I compared their version to the version you watched, I noticed that BSS had removed the Aniplex credit screen that appears right after the OP. That accounts for the difference in time signatures.
