Same problem, i have only the sounds

What is weird, it's that windows (xp) show me a preview of the 1rst pic of the video when i select it, but it doesn't play it in media player.

I just installed the last ffdshow, and it is still the same, no video.

Yeah, it's a strange encode... My VirtualDub plays it but when I stop my Windows Explorer crashes... I played it with BSPlayer and there was no video and it froze the player when I try to stop it... Oh well. I'll wait for someone else's encodes.

I had the same thing with VDub. I re-encoded with direct stream copy and it came out fixed.

I don't like FFDshow honesty, I stoped using it, it's an inferior codec for divx and xvid playback in terms of quality.

hm thats weird. It might be only an XP thing, since I use w2k pro. It plays perfectly using BSplayer using ffdshow Alpha.

sorry if this is late but, I also have the same problem when running Maburaho 11 with BSPlayer v0.8 and Windows Player in WinXP

Try using BSPlayer v1.00 RC1 build 805, it seems to fix the problem of the Black Screen and Im using ffdshow v. 0.4.6, build 4668
