Go ahead and try, she heard you and now she teleported over yonder. Remember, she's a Belkan ranged specialist, getting close won't help at all. Approach her like a pre-deadzone nerf hunter, she's weak in the mid-range.

Should you survive getting in the mid-range (doubtful) and get her subdued (even more doubtful) you'll still have to get her into that.

You'd have more luck with Tesla, she's already used to Hayate's cosplay madness.

Sure I could just ask Vivio

But yeah anyway...
Skinning Tauren WOULD be kind of funny... But then they'd whine about it.

You'd have to get her out of the library first.

Look, if my ally self can get eaten by undead players, and any DK can transform friend and foe alike into Ghouls, I damn well can skin a two-legged cow.

Having leveled most classes to some point I'd have to say of those that use mana Enh Shaman are pretty damn easy to level. You don't need to stop at all to drink or eat, never had to stop to drink or eat unless I died somehow. They are even easier now with Feral Spirit. Paladins are also bone dead easy and can go for a long period without worrying about drinking, but there are points where you'll either have to drink or fall back into a low mana mode to generate it back up. Mage's are fiendishly expensive on mana usage. Need to drink about every half-dozen to dozen or so pulls if you are chaining mobs together depending on spec and gear, AoE grinding can be good but you'll be drinking a lot. Warlocks are easy Demonology is incredibly efficient, just barrel roll through packs of mobs taping and life draining along.

Elves have skin too you know...

I've been sick of the cow jokes for years. The weirdest part of course is that every feature of cows that people joke about are features that all mammals share. Milk? Check. Meat? Check. Skin? Check. What's so funny about cows? Last I checked bulls were actually considered quite dangerous too.

Personally I'd prefer Taurens served up as terriyaki, goulash or vindaloo.

@Sephi: Mana is not really that much of a problem at all anymore. Evocation has been reduced from an 8 minute cooldown to 5 minutes. When the 3.0.8 patch comes out in a week or two, it will be only 4 minutes. In the Arcane tree you can use talents in 3.0.8 to lower it to just 2 minutes. Mana gems before 60 only get a 1 shot use, but those learned in Outland and Northrend get 3 uses and VERY HIGH returns. The Northrend one returns close to 4k as a base return. The tier bonuses in Mage sets in Northrend pump that up to around a 5k return, cd on using it is 2 minutes. In my runs yesterday, I was only drinking in after a boss fight. In between, pop your gems and Evocation. Mages have less mana problems than other classes while levelling. We're fast and efficient. Plus you will have very good soloing capabilities. Go either Arcane or Frost for levelling and you'll have kiting abilities to boot. As for the give water issue, it's not bad at all. I only get a random once a month asking. Plus in Outland and Northrend, you learn the Ritual of Refreshment, which allows you to conjure a table for the whole party/raid to take 80 biscuits/strudel each, which replenish both health and mana. Just pop it at the start once everyone is there and you won't get asked again. I don't have to Evoc in 25 mans, I generally only use it while going through 5s or 10s. Trust me, Mages don't have mana problems these days compared to other classes. And they're really fun.

As for Shamans, they have a fair amount of mana problems until level 62. You will be very reliant on totems until then, plus the lv50 class quest has no good rewards at all, the only class that has rewards of fail for that one. -_- Your mana spring will replenish a bit, but not a lot. Between 40 and 62, you'll be drinking after 1-2 creeps, it's that harsh. But admittedly once you get Water Shield, which replenishes mana as charges disappear, it gets much better. Now the problem at 80 for Shamans is mainly Resto is what is sought after. Elemental Shamans aren't putting out the numbers to compete with the better DPS in raids, Enchancement Shamans are also a way off. I'm not sure you'd want to heal at 80, plus you sound like you want to have solo potential. I'd rule out Shaman.

Paladins....well you've got Judgement of Wisdom and some talents in Retribution to reduce costs. But that doesn't stop Ret pallies from running out of mana in seconds. Same for Prot pallies. You could level Holy, it's doable, but it takes a lot of steel. At 80, any of the 3 specs could work but only Ret would give you decent solo potential. However, that will severely limit your potential to get into decent runs/guilds as there is a glut of Ret pallies on any server due to their great dmg.

I'd recommend Mage. Fast levellers, fun, lot of decent loot you can get at any point. Loads of soloing capability. Groups love having one. It's up to you, gl with whatever you pick. But if you pick Mage, I'll help you with advice whenever you need it.

Btw, what server and race were you planning to roll on?

Enhancement shamans are perfect for solo capability we get water shield at low levels now so we stay manaed up, we burn mobs down quick and at lvl 80 if their good players they're top 3 dps if they got enough hit and crit gg against one. Pvp enh shamans are insane pve enh shamans are in need and also insane if geard for pve but of course this is if you know how to play and have a good rotation. Mages are good yes but will loose to a shaman OUT OF RAID / PVP EXPERIENCE, With both classes. My sisters resto shaman is perfect at lvl 80 they can solo crap fine oom is never a problem if you arn't geared for a pally or a mage -.- crit gear sux for resto shaman having like 5x 45 mps gear your set for ever don't gotta drink for like 8 minutes of healing. Mages burn out of mana quick if they don't have a totem with them or gems and evo down, they have those skills for that which makes them good. They are squishy take dmg like crazy but overall a top 3 dps next to a ret pally.

Appologies if u don't understand what i say i like to bunch my paragraphs up....its a real problem x.x

They actually added a bunch of low level ranks of water shield, so waiting to 62 is unnecessary. Also Shamanistic Rage is a nice mana bonus every cooldown (level 40 for that).

As for elemental dps, yeah we're kinda low right now but Blizzard is aware of this and has huge buffs in place for the next patch. Which hopefully comes out soon. I haven't heard any complaints about enhance dps, but you have to also consider that they bring plenty of buffs (as long as you don't have a DK of every spec in the raid already at least one of the buffs would be appreciated). Elemental also brings ToW, which is only replaceable by a really really well geared Demonology lock... who also do less damage than we like to see out of our dps.

Oh, interesting. That lower level Water Shield didn't exist when I was levelling my Shaman.

If you look at the stats of who does how much dps in raids, Shamans are in the middle of the pack. Elemental Shamans are in for a buff but they're still complaining about disparity of numbers on some levels.

Um...I don't get where you say Mages run on out mana in raids....I don't come close. Totems aren't the biggest buff from other classes in terms of mana regen...Priests are. Replenisment is awesome.

However Totem of Wrath is a nice thing to have. I hope that what Blizzard propose will actually bring Elemental Shamans to the top echelon. They've been neglected for too long.

From my PvP experience, Rogues and Death Knights are the main nightmares for Mages at 80.

When Wotlk came out they said that Ret Paladins and Elemental Shamans are going to be the two best in wow.....well it happened for paladins since the update but elementals are still like 4-6 on the dps sadly if the skill they gave us at lvl 75 Lava Burst was a fuckin instant cast enh shamans and ele shamans would be way up on the dps but taking 3 seconds away hurts eles alot because they can get off like 2 skills within that and do more dmg.

For the mage thing im sorry i didn't type it correctly they don't oom in raids....no one ooms in raids really x.x but they do i pvp/arenas alot.

Uh...what? Lava Burst is a 1.5 second cast spell. Which means that unless you're moving making it instant has no effect whatsoever on dps b/c of the global cooldown. It's also quite a powerful spell. In PvP being instant would obviously make it much better though.

The problem is that LvB has a 8 second cooldown and we didn't get any buffs to Lightning Bolt, which is still our bread and butter. That's being remedied. Probably not going to make us great at dps, but less bad certainly.

Edit: Oh yeah, and LvB doesn't scale with crit. Kinda weird that the dot classes get crit scaling while we lose ours (Flame Shock and LvB).

I think because cows are used to make burgers.
But, judging this on lore, I'd be far more afraid of a Night Elf then a Tauren.

Another thing would be that Night Elf Females generally don't get any sex since the males are mainly in the Emerald Dream. Also gotta remember in proper Night Elf lore, only the women were allowed to be Warriors, Rogues and Hunters. While only the Males were Druids. No surprise - those Female Night Elves wouldn't have had sex for about a few thousand years and be in enough heat to melt a Horde's face with their downstairs department alone.

Then again, the Night Elf Fertility Dance might keep them in check. ^^

I also think Blood Elves would make for good antipasto material. Undead - stock bones, maybe? Orcs, you'd probably use for colouring agents and make the stick meats. Trolls - used in spicy/exotic dishes.

So yeah, I think today I became the first character in history to go from having no title at all right to Twilight Vanquisher, while still wearing multiple blues too. A month ago I'd have laughed if anyone said I would ever get that title. I really don't like the fact that I'm not contributing as much as I can because of my gear, but I'm definitely not complaining that the guild is willing to bring me on these runs. Didn't get any loot and rolled a 5 on the mount, but just getting the title was especially sweet after the 4-hour wipefest yesterday, heh.

Grats Blade. ^^ Don't feel bad - you will get geared very soon. Just do what you need to do to pass your trial and it will come.
