And my absolute favorite of all time is Luci Christian, her Ran Kotobuki is AMAZING, her Princess Tutu is awesome, I can't imagine Kanami Chiteri as herself if Luci Christian isn't doing the voice.... So yeah, if Luci Christian is in it, you best believe I'll be watching the dub!
I'm the same as you when it comes to Luci!! She's crazy-talented!! I adored every single one of her performances while ADV was around!!

i don't fancy english dubbed shows but i have to say, Cowboy Bebop and Vision of escaflowne are done so well. EVA and Gundam Seed are pretty good as well i think.

Giant Robo's original English dub was flat-out brilliant, far better than the actual Japanese. I say that as a person who, given a choice, automatically watches subs rather than dubs.

Death Note has a pretty good dub. Especially Ryuk's voice is perfect. Samurai Champloo looks like it was made to be dubbed. Same for Hellsing OVA.

Although I don't prefer dubs there are a few that I will watch over the original series.

These include but are not limited to:
1. Death Note
2. Full Metal Alchemist
3. Ouran Highschool Host Club

Although i haven't seen the newer dubbed version, i totally agree with you in regards to the original dub, they did a brilliant job with it, especially with Goto.

Other dubs i thought were good:

1. Black Lagoon
2. Baccano!
3. Ergo Proxy
4. Xxxholic
