Some speculate that Shana was found by Wilhelmina and co in China when Wilhelmina. If that is indeed true and Wilhelmina and co hadn't found her, Shana might have wore something like that. That's what I meant

Good call, we don't want to spoil anything big like Shana's past here. Although the anime should have covered that up before moving to the finale.
