If by banners you mean signatures (i.e: like the one I am using) then you can request one in the stickies you see here in Fan Creations.

While we don't have a Banner Request forum or thread, we do have a Signature Request thread, located here. If you asked politely, you might find someone willing to create one for you.

Is it a rule that junior members cannot start their own threads; or do you just think if a well known graphic designer member started it, it would become a popular thread? I don't mean to offend anyone if I did, I am new here.

I am interested in a banner thread request, maybe like for the head of a personal webpage. Rotating images would be awesome (like a gif banner?), but I don't know how hard they are to make. Thanks in advance.

Since you are a member, you have all the right to open threads

A banner request thread? I think that you could ask for banners in the signature request, the ideology is the same after all
