For 17, I'm at 97.6% and been there for over 24 hours.
For 16, I'm at 87.7% and like 17, it's been there for over a day.

Yeah, I'm working backwards on the series. I did successfuly get 08 since there was a seed there. I'm still seeding 08,18,19. My provider probably won't like me much...sent over 12GB in 3 days which basically max out my ADSL connection's outbound capability.
