What should I use to be able to read H264 .mkv files?

I just downloaded Claymore fansubbed from Eclipse, I tried using Media Player Classic since the files were .mkv, but it doesn't work. What should I use then?

It sounds like you're missing the proper codec. If you don't have the CCCP installed then install it and that should solve the problem. Once the CCCP is installed it should run in Media Player Classic with no problems.

Thanks, will try it now.

EDIT: Okay when I try to install it, it asks me if I want to disable:

Vobsub

OggDS

What should I do? Should I give the permission to disable those 2 things?

EDIT: Hey thanks it worked!

Yes. It may be better to remove these two items before even installing CCCP.

CCCP contains the same functionality as those two components, so that's why it wants to disable any older versions that might "pollute" your system.
