Well, I like Romance Anime's and want more of them, but which ones are there?
But not the ones which are all lovey lovey the whole time.

Such as Kanon, Love Hina and Chobits.

are there more of these kind?

Humor, a plot and a romantic style. a real story to it

Maburaho, i think, qualifies

so does KareKano and maybe the first 4 eps of Ai Yori Aoshi

Gunparade March is a must especially if you bend the humor requirement a little. it has funny parts but its not really a comedy

Well, I would recommend Boys Be. And not just because my fansub recently finished it ^^;;

It's a high-school romance, but told from the boys' perspective. It's an enjoyable show, sometimes funny and with much more realistic relationships between characters than most shows in its genre, IMHO.

Yeah, Maburaho definitely qualifies. I personally liked Onegai Twins, too. Mizuiro (2003) is a two-part OVA that is also pretty nice... and To Heart is classic (it's almost five years old now, but never licensed).

On the slightly more serious side I might suggest Da Capo (which is sort of like Kanon, especially in the second half). On the real serious drama side, you have Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, but I'd be hard-pressed to call that romantic (it really is a drama).

Anyways, that is pretty much a summary of what I've been watching in recent months, so maybe you'll find stuff in that list that you'll like! Enjoy!

go gunparade march!! (how old is this? i dont know)

Gunparade march is romance. the mecha and comedy are just thrown in there to make the love story unique.

it is sad in some parts, but never as sad as saikano was happy (which was really sad)

I personally enjoyed Onegai Twins. It is sweet and complicated by a love triangle, but has funny moments too. It was really enjoyable, in my estimation.
