Okay apart from that Digimon Savers was there another recent role? I only say this because Digimon isn't exactly a well watched series by the fansub community.

Glass No Kantai in 2006 and Oh Edo Rocket in 2007, the latter of which would have seen lots of sub following as it was picked up by Shinsen.

Maybe they'll do one season first, then do a second one the next year. Because that I wouldn't mind. But if they do something stupid like they did with Claymore and end it weird, I'll kill the producers.

Alright, now this I'm definitely looking forward to watching. I can't wait to see Miharu and co. animated. There isn't much shown in the promo but I remember the two scenes from the manga. Anyway I looked it up on ANN and I found something troubling.
Spoiler for episodes:

On another note I think Rie Kugimiya will do a good job on voicing Miharu. I can totally imagine him with that voice.

Since when did ninjas use hand signs to do magic prior to Naruto?

Going off memory and I'm sure it's predated by something else... but Shinobi from the Sega Master Drive back in the 80's?

......Seriously reminded me of Naruto... just with a more promising lead.
Though there is no way it could be like it, so don't mind, don't mind~

J.C staff seem to make a habit of straying from the source material of nearly everything they do, H&C and Nodame Cantabile aside (I think... haven't read the h&c manga and only read nodame from when the anime stopped and up!).

I would add Ghost Hunt to the list of things J.C. Staff faithfully adapted. The changes they made to GH were more a result of working with unfinished source material and the demands of anime versus manga than from any blatent desire to stray from source material. If J.C. Staff puts the same effort into Nabari no Ou that they displayed in Ghost Hunt, manga fans should be happy with the result.

Yoite x Miharu forever!!!!!

(Honestly, you should be expecting one of us to pop up in a shounen fandom ya know, especially -THIS- fandom. xD) Let it be known that even though I am surprisingly unaffected by the number of bishounens appearing in this anime, even with its gorgeous, gorgeous art, I'm definitely keeping an eye on Yoite.

Nabari no Ou caters to everyone. For me, it's the whole ninja thing, how Miharu is adorably cheeky, his whole thing with Yoite, and of course, Samurai Blonde Girl. )
