First, wrong forum - should be in playback (mods please move)
Second, You'll need some special filters before it'll play anyway - Ogg Vorbis Decoder, Ogg Splitter, Vobsub Third, use your existing AVI player (BSPlayer/MPClassic,Zoom,WMP <WMP not recommended>)

OGM is an Ogg Media file. This is a container format which can contain multiple video, audio and subtitle streams. Since some people have trouble understanding how to play OGM I've put together a simplified version of the information contained in the Media Configuration Guide.
Install all of these Codecs and filters:
