Where did you get the sprites?

Ripped them from the arc.nsa file(s). Look for a program called nsaout.exe, place it in the same directory as said .nsa files, then run it. It'll extract... Pretty much every graphic in the game, so it will take a while.

(Also, a tip: If you use Photoshop, here's how to get a clean sprite to use:
Select and copy the sprite portion.
Paste it onto a new layer.
Reselect, then invert selection to cut the sprite mask.
Image>Crop to remove the white portion.
Select the sprite layer and click add layer mask.
Alt-Click the mask (the box that appears next to the picture of the layer in the layers panel). If you did it right, the entire image should turn white.
Paste the mask into said box.
Invert the colors.
Click on the layer with your sprite on it again.
Delete the background layer.
Save as a .png (it'll let you keep the transparency).
Don't save the changes to the original .bmp.

Hopefully this explanation's not too confusing. If it is, then would somebody who knows what they're talking about please explain it more clearly?)
