Two young boys Ren and Rai are tricked into selling their souls to the demon Diabolo in an attempt to save Ren's cousin, but when Mio disappears the two are labeled murderers and are seperated. Though in exchange Ren gains the ultimate power of offense and Rai gains the ultimate power of defense. Years after Mio disapearence the boys are together again, both age 17, the age when the Diabolo's power reaches its peak, the problem? The curse begins to drive you crazy at 17 and at 18 you become fully under the Diabolo's influence. With the little time Ren and Rai have left they try to save others from the Diabolo's trap and free the souls of the ones under the demons control, but can Ren and Rai free themselves when the time comes?

The series is very short but worth the read, I reccomend this to just about any hardcore manga fan out there.
