In my opinion some good ones:

Ai Yori Aoshi - A harem/love story about a lonely college student who is suddenly reunited with the girls he was betrothed to as a child. Lots of harem humor, bath scenes, etc. with a solid love story, too. Finished (17 volumes) and released by Tokyopop in the US.

My Lovely Ghost Kana - An ecchi romantic comedy about a college student who falls in love with the ghost who haunts his apartment building. Lots of very ecchi love scenes. Ongoing scanlations.

Sekirei - About a failed college student, who becomes bonded to a group of superpowered, superhot women who are involved in a "there can be only one" battle. Lots of bath scenes, tear-away clothes, etc. Ongoing scanlations.

IO - About a high school boy who travels to Okinawa to visit the site of his parent's deaths, only to meed three sisters who were his childhood friends. Lots of bathing suits and a few love scenes. Finished (10 volumes) scanlations.

unbalence x unbalence is good for ecchi and it's story isn't half bad either

Kiss x Sis is also ecchi although it borders hentai

... decided to make a humongous list for all the ecchi (manga) lovers. Warning, ecchiness is not equally distributed among all the above manga (meaning some manga consist a great deal more of ecchiness than others).

btw the last three were already recommended by mdauben and kimanime. All three are good reads. (for ecchi readers).

I'll second Omamori Himari from that huge list. It's ecchi harem by genre and doesn't even attempt to hide it. If you like ecchi, there probably isn't a better manga.

I'm still trying to grasp the fact that this manga exists. The line "All is not well in Kohta's pants" makes focusing on the fact that this is a real story, well...challenging. Guess I'll have to give this one a look as well.
