I think that is a hilarious idea. xD To take it further, seeing as how in the original Itsuki's winning plan included Kyon appearing to be a badass pitcher, Itsuko's plan could be getting Kyon-chan into one of those cheerleader outfits and convincing her to at least pretend she's really invested in Haruki's awesome? xD

It appears Kyonko's lack of a tie does not protect her from getting dragged around by Haruki.

It wasn't in the anime, but, at dinner, the maid offered Kyon wine. Kyon's all like "One should live life more dangerously!" and accepts. Haruhi, noticing this, demands some for the rest of them too.

Things go downhill from there.

The same thing happens the next night (because Haruhi still hasn't learnt anything) and their hangovers are so bad the next morning that she swears off alcohol forever.

Also, Kyon's Sister didn't come on that trip in the novels, but I think someone mentioned this already.

but in the novel, keichii gave them red wine... haruhi was the most wasted, and it seems like koizumi handled it pretty well while mikuru and kyon were out pretty early...

Yuki... could've downed barrels upon barrels of the hardest liquor and still be sober.

also, the scene where kyon no imouto distracts the butler and haruhi and kyon "attempting to stab kichii-san even more" and haruhi's "phoenix wright spoof" wasn't part of the novel as well
