Start BitTorrent as though you wanted to download the file yourself. When it asks where to save it, choose the original file. It won't overwrite it - it will check the contents and when it's satisfied that it's good, it will begin seeding.
Multi-file torrents are a little more complicated. For example, if you wanted to seed something that makes a directory named "Naruto" say, and your stuff is saved to C:\Downloads\BitTorrent\Naruto, then specify the save path as C:\Downloads\BitTorrnet without Naruto at the end. I that that about covers it. |
