I'll be honest, I wouldn't mind some kind of Timeskip where something happens to Blade and he's out of the picture for years, Cruz takes over but instead of being all super buff like Blade, or stays a short trap like now...he actually becomes a tall, lean but toned guy with the girl squad and other females he encounters fawning over him...but him still retaining his innocent nice guy personality. Hell maybe even have him raise a mini Akua into a Kuudere (Shut up! I want Kuudere Mini-Akua!). Trap Cruz is funny and all but I think after all that shit he's been through, he deserves to be a tall lady killer.

Then again this arc seems pretty close to the end so...I doubt any of that will happen...except for some kind of half chapter, epilogue scene.

The author itself say that the event in Needless 1.5 happen after the current time line and before needless 2. And from what i know AnN (sorry but it's a pain wrote her full name..the Adam girl that is like eve) will be the Mc in needless 2 in blade place( i think).

Also there is a time line bar in this topic that show the whole time line of Needless. (and yes ,was the author itself to do that one).

Haha, now that was a fun chapter. Kami has been on a roll lately. I still miss Mio and want to know what Seto and Solva are up to, but when the series is having this much fun I can't really complain.

I had always been worried about how Cruz's fragment would be handled in the series and, for what we've been given, I've been extremely happy with how everything has happened. As for Cruz's power itself, it's what I theorized about 20 chapters ago with it being somehow "survivability", so it doesn't surprise me as much that it's "Shield of Aegis" as his fragment. I'm curious to see what the full extent of his power is, though, given that he's still blossoming as a Needless.

As for Blade using the Fourth Wave, I suppose either something happened to him offscreen or that Memory world arc did something to him that allows him to use it now. He's also been using Power a lot which he never used before this arc, so that's worth noting, too. Be curious to see what we can find out about Blade the next time he appears.

I always enjoy a new Needless chapter and I'm glad to see the humor coming back in the series again after all the seriousness of 99 and 100. Seeing the Testamenkos in the series, especially after being introduced as a gag in the 4-koma was brilliant and the end of the chapter was PERFECT. Love it.

I'm guessing with that end to the chapter that 103 will immediately switch over to Seto and Solva or Setsuna and Kuchinashi and Mio for a while now. I hope their fights last at least a chapter each since we haven't really had any great fights this arc since the first half of the Seto/Solva Uten/Kafka fight or the Blade and Teruyama fight. Really hope we get an update on those fights soon!

For one thing it seems I was right Arca knew which was Yamada's fragment. And since she said "the right and the left hand of God", I suspect Yamada's left hand is for defensive and his right for ofensive, so he hasn't fully unleashed his fragment yet. These are my thoughts.

For once, I agree with you. Cruz does indeed use his left hand throughout this chapter (almost exclusively - there's one panel where he holds out both, but I'm willling to believe that's an assistant's mistake). Now compare that with the April Ultra Jump cover picture that went with chapter 100. Which hand are those flames coming out of?

Also, I love the Testamenko-chan. The fact that they appear to be anatomically correct, despite being combat androids, tells us a lot more than we wanted to know about Arclight's tastes. Though it seems those tastes aren't exactly the same as Blade's, since the Testamenko-chan isn't equipped to wear either socks or gloves...

So Cruz's greatest power is exactly like a copy of a kid with a special right hand that some if many are familiar with...interesting. Can't wait to see what more he can do with this unique ability of his.

So it looks like Cruz can completely block needless attacks but not missiles and bullets...this saddens me cause I was hoping for it to block everything. Ah well.

If the Left hand and Right Hand thing is true and Cruz has some power with his right hand then something cool would be like anything he throws with his right hand becomes an unstoppable bullet. Think it would be cool, left hand ultimate shield, right hand ultimate gun.

I think its more they were hitting him in his blind spots, and the missle still would have exploded injuring him. Remember he was able to completely stop Arca movements so its more then nullifying attacks.

Cruz only shouted the attack name, not the fragments name, meaning their has to be much more too it. Any clues based on Aegis?

Also I believe Disc is full of shit with her "fragment", she wasn't able figure out Satens fragment but automatically deduced Cruz fragment without seeing more of it.
