I got this info from 4chan so it's probably not very reliable but is it true that by volume 9

Spoiler:

It's probably not true but can someone confirm/deny these spoilers?

Frankly, I pretty much don't trust any "news" from any of the *chans or from any forum without a reference linkage of some kind.

I think it's safe to say that this series won't go that direction. That's like.... School Days material.

Well Chan's are pretty reliable, except when their not, but still alot of the info their are correct. So if that doesn't happen what does happen in volume 9? I have the raws but I only know a basic amount of kanji so..........

heh craziness spoilers.. i would tend to disagree as well, but I have no real proof.

It seems to me tho, that most people that view this website, dont have know too much regarding the future novels. As I have had a hard time asking for spoilers as well. I definately do hope it doesnt end up the way you describe.

It the pregnant thing that make me doubt. Each novel cover a little period of time, and the time betweem conception and finding out would be too long. But putting the two events in 2 differents novels, it might be possible.

You'd have to know the general flow of volume 7 through 8 first.

Volume 8

Volume 9
Spoiler:

My god, this was a real pain in the ass to type out.

Obviously, the comedy takes a back seat somewhere along the way..... kind of sad reading (but sounds pretty compelling).

If the anime follows this route, I would consider this anime as one of the great romance anime since the story did progress and characters actually grew which a rarity in anime of this genre.

I am glad it turns serious in this aspect and actually shows the characters is in constant flux, not moldy stale caricature which my basic problem with most anime series. Even Haruto has a girlfriend! Remarkable!

Man, I really I need to brush up on my Japanese reading.

Blargh, messed up the teacher's name. The books started calling her bachelorette all the time so I actually forgot what her real name was.

If this is how the anime will turn out it will become one of my most favorite series.

That's actually why I had to read it, as I know JC Staff will mess things up and the novel translations won't be done before the anime ends.

Got to admit, it does seem a little dramatic. Seems like the kids have real problems now, and its no longer fun and games for them. But still at least its not that craziness that is pregnant girls and so on...

Thanks for the spoilers! I read it all and really am glad I did! Like typhonsentra mentioned, the anime is probably gonna screw it up.. so now I can faifthfully wait for the novel translations.

Boy those spoilers are good, hopefully the anime is 75-80% as good as the anime at that point.

I think I'll be fine with the anime if they don't go all angsty and keep it a bit light. It really depends on the number seasons and whether they track the manga/novels or not. If they are going to commit to enough seasons to follow the novels then w00t go for the full novel drama.

How the anime mess it up? Personally I find it is very well done considering the source material.
