I think the theory is sound enough given the limited facts we have. Anyways if proven wrong I'll accept it with no hard feelings.

On another note- Anybody think the "All that VF" eyecandy was just that?
It might make a great ending for the series. Airshow on the newly colonized Vajra planet.
Would mean that Frontier survived at least anyways.

Aww... crap, forgot Michel's dead; maybe Klan pilots his VF.

A colonized planet where humantradis does not have to work because there are enslaved bugs for this purpose...

Beware the crazier fans of Herr Blanc. They might draw wrong conclusions from such statements.

He's dead, people. It's the Curse of the Sniper, all over again... well, third time, actually.

4th actually the sniper in Blassreiter also bit the bullet... Twice.

Female snipers though are fine.

Third one - in this series alone.

Jessica Blanc, Michael Blanc, and that nameless assassin guy who got cut in half. Someone really hates snipers.

That would be worse. A sniper's life expectancy there would be exactly one episode - if your name is not Duke Tougou.

Jessica isn't dead. She was smart enough to fake Death out before He found. Isn't that right? "YES."

Indeed. And to think that each and every story where said examples of snipercide happen, is filled with close-combat specialists, who should get killed first. Although, to be frank, Herr Blanc died because he tried to branch out into short range firefighting without preparation. Still, who could blame him?

If the Galaxy does not make an appearance by the end of the season then we have not seen the end of Grace no matter if she is destroyed or not. As we already know there are multiple cybernetic bodies that she can download into. So I believe they are the antagonist in season two if this happens and if there is a season two, which I tend to believe will happen. Though it might be a year or two before it does.

If Galaxy does make an appearance, I hope it actually throws it's weight around. If Frontier can avoid getting blown away, Galaxy sure as heck should.

Maybe Ranka/Sheryl will just cause the Vajra to eat the brains of those would-be gods who connected themselves into the Vajra network through Ranka (who are not in fact honorary Vajra as a result of the infection like Sheryl, Ranka and Ranshe) when Grace's control over Ranka is broken (Sheryl frees Ranka across the telepathic link, Ranka stops the fighting as the beginning of the Lion OP implies)?

Galaxy Anon: No this cannot be! We are invincib....
Sheryl : What is it Ranka?
Ranka : Oh, nothing. For a moment there I thought I heard voices suddenly cry out in terror and suddenly silenced. Must be my imagination.

It would be poetic justice for Galaxy Anon with their pretentious plans and posturing, and the will to toy with the fates of humanity and Vajra from the shadows, only for them to be killed off offscreen like bugs in the shadows without the protagonists even noticing they were there.

Now you know why the protoculture never did such a thing before in their 500,000 year history. lol.

Gah! All these different spoilers just make me think more and more that the very last scene in Episode 25 after the credits will be an artistic drawing of certain important characters with a big "tsuzuku" (To be continued...) at the bottom.

If that happened, I'd blow up from joy.

I wouldn't mind it much, myself. But I would like to, at least, have good resolutions, even if temporary for the more "main" characters (Alto, Sheryl, Ranka, etc.).

And then the fandom will melt into a huge pile of angry, radioactive goo, cursing Kawamori to Hell and back, while waiting for the inevitable (or not) Season 2 to happen.

Where have I seen something like that... oh, yeah, all those maniacs screaming "No! It's not Tieria! It's some Regene girl! Lockon! Come baaaaaack!" Makes me shudder to this day.

I vote environmentalist space sharks for the next Macross

I'm not sure I could handle a second season. I need some recovery time. If they do, they need to at least wrap up a lot (LOVETRIANGLE) this season. People would rage otherwise.
