Subtitles time shift in MPC possible?

Hi, I have this subtitle file and the video file. I just put them together with the same file name under the same directory and it works. But the subtitles are about 9 seconds faster than the audio. Is there a way to shift the time for subtitles only without to encode it all over? I am using MPC in Vista and of course, if this is not possible, is there other way to do this?

Right-click on the video when playing, go under Filters, then DirectVobSub, Properties, switch to the Timing tab and there's a delay box.
