It took a bit of digging in the support section, but...on shipping overseas: "Cannot ship" .

I've found that, as a general rule, sites that sell doujin materials without an English store or an English interface do not ship internationally, unfortunately :/. Understandable because it's a bit expensive and unreliable to ship overseas (which is why most that do go out of the way to cater to English-speakers), but still unfortunate.

I haven't used deputy services either, which is why I didn't bring them up (you also have to pay a service fee and EMS shipping on top of the domestic shipping costs, and I'm too cheap to like doing that :P).

Actually thats the same Seiyu who plays Beato in the anime. Oohara Sayaka. She has a wonderful singing voice, have you listened to Chain? Great song.

Not really a source, i mean, Ive got a drama CD for the series on my hard drive, as well as a bonus drama section that came with the Second Character CD, both of which feature Oohara. And as Ive said before, Oohara sings Chain, Beato's character song, herself.

So without knowing what CDs you're referring to, I can neither confirm nor deny your situation. But if it isn't Oohara, I can promise you are missing out.

Well...it's not Ohara, it's the person who does Bern's voice in those fan drama CD, 蛍灯翔, who also does Beato's voice in the musicbox version of Promise
