Should be somewhere in August. I think this is one of those circumstances when August issue does mean August issue XP

If this is true, then will he permanently stay in the monthly magazine?

It's kinda a waste though, he could just went hiatus for a while like Hunter x Hunter.

Hmm.... there seems to be either a translaion error, or false information going around.

Both the news sites in Japan report he's moving serialization to NEXT, and author even says in his last comment on Jump "It's still a little while before concluding the story, but thank you for reading till now. The story continues in Next!"

Edit: Ah, I see. NEXT actually doesn't say anything about serialization, and instead they'll have Final Arc on August issue.
I guess we can hope the author said in his comments indicate more than one chapter, and the "完結編" is more than one chapter as well.
The magazine is seasonal, so it would be quite a while before we see the rest though.

You've just given me some hope! ... I'll nominate you at the next MAN (mang anime novel) meeting as a saint if this is true!

Seasonal release for my shonen manga? Can we expect things to really heat up now?

So it's official. We'll have the sequel in NEXT (confirmed). And the secret project in jump?

It has been officially confirmed that there will be 3 more chapters of NuraMago, every one of them released in August, October and December issues of Jump NEXT! First one, and probably the other two as well, will be 64 pages long.

The above info comes from

I will spare yall a "I TOLD YOU SO" rant.

First one will be 64 pages, but the other two will probably be a little shorter.
Otherwise, it won't fit on the last tankoubon.

They could lessen the page count on the previous volumes to make the last one, just the last two NEXT chapters, but then it'll only take up half of the tankoubon.
I think 64, 50, 50 and make volume 23 & 24 both little over 220 pages is the most logical solution.

Or... publish the final volume with TONS of filler and addtional material. If the author's willing to add 60 pages to it.

Not monthly. Seasonal magazine.
It's usually three issues a year, but they brought back the Autumn issue.

Yeah, I was wtf too when I heard it was cancelled, since the tankoubon sells nicely.

But damn, it'll be awhile until we see those 3 chapters.

It's ending soon

There's nothing that can change that

Whether there will be a new series after this remains to be seen

I'm a little disappointed that Kitsune decided to ally with her 'son', at least that's what it's pointing to be. Next chapter won't be out till 10/9.
