Round 1 Total Wins and Losses 70-26
http://forums.animesuki.com/showthre...53#post1916353

Round 2 Total Win and Losses 22-10

Round 4 Total Win and Losses 7-1
http://forums.animesuki.com/showthre...95#post2005295

Quarterfinals Total Win and Losses 2-2
http://forums.animesuki.com/showthre...32#post2019632

Semifinals
SF1 Success
SF2 Failed and only 1 remaining favorite left (Kagami). Tsukasa is really powerful.

Reaction
Damn the Volleyball Match sequel is now possible in the finals. Who will win Kagami or Tsukasa? Good job Hinagiku by losing only 40pts.

SaiMoe 2008 takes a break it would resume in All Soul's Day.

Since there won't be a next time...

Picks for the final match
Finals Kagami Hiiragi She's the one who will bag this year's SaiMoe for the sake of my other favorites eliminated

Rika Furude (eliminated by Haruka Minami in round 1)
Nagi Sanzenin (eliminated by Tsukasa Hiiragi in round 3)
Mikan Yuuki (eliminated by Kirino Chiba in round 4)
Tomoyo Sakagami (eliminated by Kagami Hiiragi in Quarter Finals)
Tamaki Kawazoe (eliminated by Nagisa Furukawa in Quarter Finals)
Nagisa Furukawa (eliminated by Kagami Hiiragi in Semi Finals)
Hinagiku Katsura (eliminated by Tsukasa Hiiragi in Semi Finals)

The time has come for the real Tsundere although she keeps on denying it. I hope she won't show mercy to Tsukasa. Tsukasa's redemption or Kagami's sweet victory.

Spoiler for roffles:

Strike Witches? Anything that makes so many people rage is a good thing in my book. Bring on Saimoe 2009.

Next year? Either confess to Zenge-chan or kiss the sword point of A-tan's (if they ever make a 2nd season for Hayate the Combat Butler)

(OK, I admit above just my stupid dream, but I dreamt twins' final a while ago)

Disappointment. Ah, well, I'm voting/rushing for Hinagiku next round anyway. Valid code and everything.

Let me know if you're interested in participating in a challenge.

Now, that was interesting. There must've been a lot of fake Hina votes at the start.

I guess the final is popularity vs. moe. Kagami is by far more popular, but Tsukasa is far more moe, at least in my opinion. Tsukasa will probably win because of the volleyball match thingy.

I doubt it. Kagami will still be the winner for sure

Tsukasa can't win against Kagami is a canon.

Coordinated posting, like so: http://changi.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/...392708/603-604

It's only open to those who have been getting precise timing in the rushes.

Maybe there's something about being a miko... With a Hiiragi guaranteed to win, this will be the second year in a row a shrine maiden won the tournament.

Last year: Furude
This year: Hiiragi
Next year: Who knows? Hakurei? (hope hope pray pray...)

and with that, i finally declare this years SaiMoe sucks

Tomoyo got eliminated.
Hinagiku got eliminated.
Fuuko got eliminated.
Fate, Nanoha & Hayate all got eliminated.

what's worse is, i'm forced to choose who's better, kagami-love or balsamic-moe

an epic struggle between two factions will finally begin to collide to finish off what's been started during their volleyball match. Will Tsukasa finally be able to step out of her sisters shadow to start anew or will the tsundere-in-denial prevail.

I just noticed this in this MAD: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEfpqRhDO3M&fmt=18
(It's the same one from earlier)

My handiwork appears at the 11-12 second mark. Just before the AS forum clip.

I'll just go eat cardboard instead. It's kinda sad that KaneDragon's PM about "let's just rush Hinagiku anyways tomorrow" told me that Hinagiku lost.

Yes. Exactly. We should keep this mentality!

Doing so well against a popular Lucky Star character? I think that already shows that she has strong core support. It's not like she got dominated or anything. And this was Hina's year, if she can't make it this year, I doubt she'll do as well in the future just from people voting her out because they know she can make it so far.

I don't think it's ever fun to be amused by people's despair. That's just cruel.

I do in a way blame foreigners, but I'm not going to rage over it. I'd love to see vote breakdowns, foreign vs Japan to see if there was a reversal. At 40 votes, I'm thinking it's very likely.

And I wouldn't mind seeing Strike Witches take it next year. Sanya ftw.

Will there be any new Strike Witches between now and when Saimoe 2009 starts? If not then they may suffer the fate of forgetfulness.

It's funny that you support them because throughout this whole tournament, you've been anti-loli.
