Look closer. the sword is being swung that's why it appears so big. Plus there are blur lines on the botttom of the sword.

When Gin said "We can't escape like this" yea at first I thought because of the hot flames but does he really mean they have to power-up and transform themselves into possibly Vizard form in order to escape the flames, because in their normal shinigami state they can't escape it?

Turn back the pendulum -108 until -97, , thats 12 chapters. Add that on to 316 and you get 328.
