Well, that was... informational...
We learn what the Sisters are... But we still need more info on Accelerator's (and his point of view).

Scary... Lots and lots of Mikotos, but thanks to those "dead" eyes and everything, the scene where the Sisters came out caused a chill to run down my spine (or that could be my air conditioner).

So the Sisters are basically... to put simply, beings created solely to be killed. I share the same feeling as Touma here... DON"T-GIVE-ME-THAT-CRAP-YOU-DAMN-SCIENTISTS. Instead of taking some strand of hair from Mikoto and cloning her 20000+ times for Accelerator to kill, why don't you clone yourselves 100000+ over instead?!

Those damn scientists say that if Accelerator kills 128 Mikotos, he can become a Level 6. But that is impossible, so they made clones of her from her hair... But the clones are only around Level 3, so Accelerator needs to kill 20000 of them...
I question the humanity of this act (at the scientists' side)...

I wonder what Accelerator thinks about all of this... ( -_-)

In the meantime, I find the way Imouto and Accelerator talk to be considerably amusing. Especially Imouto.

Looks like Touma is in deep trouble . It's been a while since I read the previous chapters so I might be mistaken, but that system is put in place to protect Index from harm. Apparently, anyone who tries to alter the memory system they(Necessarius?) put onto Index activates it too. Really though, as dangerous as having 103,000 books of spells at your disposal, she can't really do anything physical, like Kaori(though they are more than welcome to surprise me ), so I would think that Touma should be able to nullify anything she dishes out. As always, it should be interesting to see how he deals with this.

Another thing, I was thinking if the memory reset system placed on Index is some magical incantation or something, Touma should just be able to nullify it. Furthermore, he somehow recognize the symbol that was in Index's mouth?, which gives me the impression that some kind of technological technique was used instead of magic. So maybe Necessarius isn't all magic, magicians and the Church, but probably have some people that have or are knowledgable in neurology(or whatever you call that -ology dealing with the brain) in their ranks. And since neurology is a heavy part of the supernatural side of powers maybe even that "Mind Control" organization could have some dealings with them(Church).

Wow, chap 10 popped up faster than I thought it would.

So I'm assuming this Yohane's Pen was the system that would protect Index when she was in danger. Then what was the necklace they were talking about or was that what the necklace itself is called ?

So Touma lost his memories. What a good way to flip Index's scenario around. That's pretty good, since it pretty much means that Index will be sticking with Touma(though that was a given) and when they get into a pinch, Magnius and Kanzaki should pop up. I really like Kanzaki's fighting style and her cool, calm personality, so I'll be glad when she comes back. What I look forward to the most though is when Mikoto all of a sudden starts going after Touma with no recollection as to why she's trying to "beat"(more like overkill in Mikoto's case ) him.

I also am having a hard time following the action that's going on, which usually isn't something I have trouble with, so I glad the anime is right around the corner.

Index isn't the only girl hanging aroud Touma.

He'll meet Miss Railgun again sooner or later.

Chapter 11: Yay for a Touma-Mikoto chapter, nyoro~n for Touma having no memory at all about Mikoto. But they're off to a good start already. She even got him juice, and the mood was pretty good before Kuroko butted in. :3

Also haha for instinctively blocking Mikoto's attack.

They've repeated enough that his memories were destroyed, as opposed to some other sort of amnesia...

So. He knows nothing about magic anymore (wonder what he thought of Firestarter's brief letter), or even his own power. Now we'll never know why he decided to call it "Imagination Breaker". And wasn't Index supposed to go back to the Church or something? I don't think The Church would appreciate having their control mechanism on Index destroyed...

Is this guy completely insane? He lost all his memories... all of them... and he's trying to live his life (which he can't remember) as if nothing happened? What? Seriously? I can sort of understand keeping it a secret from Index, since he knows she'd feel guilty from the letter, but everyone? What if Makoto (or anyone else) was his girlfriend or something and he rudely asked who she was etc etc?

I guess the writer doesn't want him to be the kind of guy who wallows in self-pity, but his actions are still rather crazy.

There's no other thing he can do. He knows it is impossible to recover his memories; so, he can only live his life normally.
