The circumstances are different. Its no longer Mao playing with her head and Lelouch coming to save her. Its going to be Lelouch playing with her head, and no one coming to save her. The problem isn't that she can't get over it, but more that, given the way events are unfolding, she's going to be completely alone this time around.

Yeah its not even possible for her to talk with the rest of the SC. They've still got there false memories. They'll think she's touched in the head.

I don't know if this has been said before but, notice how Bismarck's eye has been sown shut, no scars or any indication why his eye is gone.

I smell a geass user who'se geass went permanent and just closed his eye forever to live a normal life.

Hm, did anyone else notice how Cornelias left arm is strapped to her midsection? I guess it has something to do with the wound she received at the end of season one, but I must say: Badass!!

Why the hell? Does it take that long for her wound to heal?

I don't think Shirley will die. I think she'll go work with Suzaku or Schneizel.

I think the world may learn Zero's true identity pretty soon, that's why I think her knowledge won't matter.

Indeed. Mao got turned into swiss cheese but it wasn't long after before he was fine and dandy. With that level of medical care a bad arm shouldn't be too hard o fix.

Unless they just want to keep her out of KF comabt.

How about permanent disability to the left arm?

Bismarck's eye is the same color as Kallen's eyes.

Now, that is bad. For Haruhi's sake, she's not Nunnally. We don't need more disabilities among characters!

Doesn't mean they're related.

It just feels like Lelouch's feeling about Shirley is like Suzaku's on Euphie. She is a very important friend (probably the closest) and is really fond of her. He doesn't want to hurt her but his feelings aren't quite romantic and have a "might as well cause I kinda like her" attitude. If they start a Lelouch x Shirley, it would just feel superficial like the Suzaku x Euphemia one. At this rate Lelouch's mind is still always on Nunally so there's really no clear showing that he's actually attracted (ie blushing) to anyone besides being caring and fond.

Somehow, I feel that Shirley might die because of Lulu. The Rolo threat doesn't calm me either.

I doubt Rolo will do anything. Lulu would be pissed big time.

If she question him at gunpoint though? Well sucks to be you Shirely.

If you look at the preview, Shirley and Lelouch are at opposite sides of a very large room, looking at one another. I smell confrontation next episode.

My more-morbid variation has been mentioned above.

The thing is that Rolo can defend Shirley's murder, saying that if she lets Lelouch's secret out, they will all be in deep trouble.

It had been said before. Back when his character design was first announced.
The wounded eye is a symbol to show he's been through a lot of battles. Yeah yeah they could have put scars all over his face to show this, but a sewn eye is less of a hassle.

Well, a sewn-shut eye is not often seen, compared to the eyepatch.
