So he really doesn't intend to use the students of academy city. Just Touma and Accel other than those 2. His been using mercenary or adults or even clones to deal with the magic side.

Now I'm confused. The black wings had the power to rivals the saints but still got pawned by touma...... I think touma is just the natural enemy for Accel but still. Its not like Accel is getting weaker. His getting stronger than ever but still got smacked.

I think his not there or is he? and if he is then on which side is he? The last thing I head of him is he infiltrate academy city to look into something but his completely neutral on RCC and the current battle but if it's really starting to turn into WW III then maybe he will get himself involved

Touma is physically weak against saints but it seems he still is more stronger in hierarchy over their divine power.

From is said, there are a new stock of sister but with a older appearence about 17 years..... althought that the only difference is the height which is 2-3 cm more than the original

Yes FT is Full Tuning, btw, I heard that the new clone commited suicide because of a code to prevent Accelerator to reboot her brain. That made Accelerator very very sad ;_;.

Accelerator accidentally kills Misaka Worst in order to protect Last Order become emotionally distraught about it and LO being sick. (Just planned by Aleister Crowley) He may not be the monster he used to be or Last Order was right all along about him. Touma just happens to there conviniently to be an object of his grief. From what I hear Accelerator beleives himself an irredemable villain. Touma preaching plus hax IB Accelerator is beat even in Black Wings.

Oh I also hear Touma stablelizes Accelerator's Loli LO for the moment temporarily using IB.
