The weirdest part about this is how it took 43arrests to get to the moe corps. You'd think Judgement, or rather, the indexverse in general, would have more of those.

I'm more concerned about the fact that Kuroko jumped straight into suggesting throwing a guy she didn't know into a jail cell. She was supposed to be the good cop.

(Also correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Konori Mii's appearance is the first time in the series that a character introduced in the Railgun series has appeared in the novels.)

With Kuroko as the poster child for Judgement, I fear for the future of Judgement...and the safety of Academy City...even moreso than I already did.
