I don't know. Black Lagoon is one of those types where no happy ending goes unpunished. If I remember right, the last person Rock tried to give a happy ending to, stuck a katana into her own neck...

The happy ending isn't always the good ending
And hey, every episode has a happy-ending IMO as Revy doesn't die

That was a happy ending. Not only did a perverse murderer/es get executed, the person executing him/her reportedly ended his criminal life.

I have the Rei Hiroe's Barrage art book and in the end I was a little disappointed buying it. Sure I could afford it and only payed like 10 dollars more than retail but only about maybe a 1/3 of it is black lagoon material. What sucks after I bought it I found a few places to download it. I'm a sucker for good art which the book has, I love holding it right in front of me. What I really wanted was more detailed info on the series, with character bios, sketches, weapon descriptions, etc. like my Ghost in the shell art book or Noir book. Saw a book for Black Lagoon that's what I'm looking for but can't find the ISBN number to order it.

As for the manga's in english, volume 5 comes out the second week of april and covers to the end of the second barrage anime storyline. I've seen adds for up to volume 7 and a new book is released every 2 months. I have all of them to date and the future volumes on order.

The anime follows the manga scene for scene, word for word with a small bit or rearranging of when certain scenes happened early on.

Last chapter raw I believe was 71 which is all caught up and translated.

Can they make a new series now, yes technically but I hope they wait just a little longer to wrap up the current Roberta Arc, no matter how it plays out.

While alot of guys are cheering for more gun wielding maids or loli's, I want more chainsaw wielding goth-girls!!! Why? No apparent reason other then entertainment value, that and chainsaw's are messier, makes for good cinematic kills with lots of screaming during the process of inflicting mortal wounds... well I guess instead of the word wound, the term reducing to flesh piles would be more appropriate. I guess bola knife weilding Chinese dress wearing females work as well. Actually now that I think on it, they've covered just about every genre of female anime character except for Magic-girl with guns. >.> I do not like magic-girls. Sorry no wands... even if they're really cattle prods, does not belong, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars.

Too bad about the Barrage art book dfens.

I had the opportunity to buy it at Kinokuniya a few weeks ago. But I could tell it wouldn't be ALL Black Lagoon art so I passed on it. If you end up finding that new artbook please lemme know what the ISBN number is.

My 1/8th Revy (from the Tokyo arc) statue arrived this weekend.

The sculpt and paint job are amazing. I'm glad I picked this up.

So, like the more I read of the manga, the more I can't wait for Season 3 to be aired. I swear the gun fights will be beyond epic.

it could be a play on the saying "you dont put all you eggs in one basket" (always have a backup plan).
but he could mean kill the guy quickly who has a shit load of back up plans.

but would that fit into the context? i mean he said it in response to a sarte quote which led me to believe that it had more of a philosophical connotation.

perhaps don't trust someone who split's their ideology, or is indecisive about who they are?

no clue, it's alot to think about.
