Alright, has anyone else noticed that manga characters tend to be more....chubby than their anime counterparts? In particular, here are three mangas I have read in which that seems to be the case:

- Hajime no Ippo
- Full Metal Panic
- Rurouni Kenshin

Particularly, their faces seem to be chubbier. Love Hina is the only manga I think I've read where I didn't feel the "chubby" factor. Does black & white art add 20 lbs or what?
