Yeah, maybe Ai-kun might be the new Vajra queen. The Vajra queen is a bit greenish in color, right?

And because of his/her loving relationship with Ranka, who knows...Ai-kun might be the key to peace between Vajra and Frontier.

The Macross avatar thread. Darial made avatars of those cute Cheryl chibis, and I put them together.



I left a standing offer that if anyone wants to use an individual chibi Cheryl avatar, I have no problem with that!

The ending almost made me cry.
Ai-kun was kind and well mannered.
The only one bloodthirsty was Alto.
He even went against Ranka.
Makes me wonder who the real monster is.

er... i think if you were in alto's shoes you will do like he did

look his bestfriend got killed with the same "animal" type as ai-kun

his city got attacked by a swarm of that animal

and you think alto will pat ai-kun lovingly seeing it as an animal that do all those things above?

Seeing as he just lost his best friend to something that looked almost like Ai-kun and countless number people lost their lives and their homes cus of something that looked like Ai-kun. I don't blame Alto for the way he reacted. Then there's he might of thought that Ai-kun was attacking Ranka. When Alto last saw Ai-kun he was a little thing now look at Ai-kun now he looks a lot like the Varja, Alto had been fighting a few hours earlier.

i think because there are so many sheryl shippers in here! i would say about 90% of the people on these forums are shipping for sheryl. thank goodness i am not shipping for either one! being a neutral person in this, i do believe Ranka did performed a great finishing move. Also the only way that Ranka can win is if Sheryl actually dies from the V-virus as she right now have the chance to work on alto without anyone to get on her way! So if Sheryl doesn't die, then I am sorry for Ranka shippers, but it most likely will be a sheryl ending.

yes, alto reacted in a very human way, unlike many heroes in anime that immediately forgive their enemy and even save them and become friends [roll eyes]
