Kyou Kara Maou ep 92 stuttering!

Anyone having playback trouble with shoku-dan kyou kara maou 92. I get lots of video stuttering, but the audio seems to be ok. im using latest ver. of mpc/cccp, winxp sp2, 1.6Ghz intel atom. The weird thing is when i check the file properties under mpc it says the video bitrate is 119 fps. which i think is a bit too high hence the video stuttering. so i re-download the file again and still the same problem.

Just downloaded the file and same thing here. Not sure if it's the 119fps or AAC-in-AVI that borks more. For now it seems like a broken file, either wait for a v2 or get a different release.

Edit:
Quick fix: use mplayer.

I see. It's weird though I checked shoku-dan website and forums and they mention nothing about it. I'm surprised no else besides me posted about this, guess there isn't many people watching KKM? I prefer using mpc, though I will try it for ep92. Thanks for the suggestion.

Unfortunately, Shoku-dan is the only subber that has subbed up to ep92. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I downloaded it to investigate and quickly discovered it's 120fps without dropframes. That means 120 coded frames per second, which means five times as much data to decode per second and about five times as much CPU usage as a normal 24fps file.

tl;dr they fucked up, no file should ever be encoded like this, tell them to v2 it because their encoder is comically incompetent

that was what I meant, normally when an episode is coded wrong they make a second version, someone must have noted them about this, so just wait for the version 2.0 and down that one and you're good =3

You didn't do a very good job of communicating that then. I did contact them, but they were already aware of the problem and working on the v2. Should be out soon, i guess.
